Drove from Bakersfield to the Tejon Ranch Banana Republic Factory StoreTried to return some BR items.Rude employees told me the BR products we purchased on line could not be returnedThe factory store was unable to assist me.Where does it say if you purchase a Banana Republic item, you are restricted to where you can return it?Employees were rude, and after several useless discussions they told me to have a nice day?Very unhappy with their ability to assist me with this problem

We had register 303 cashier 3431977 Walked in on Fri may 20th between 12:08 pm.store was experiencing many issues. The girls working were distracted and not able to operate registers. Including the Manger

Clean store and very inviting. Angelique is wonderful and so helpful. It’s so nice to get great service. That seems to be lost in many stores but not here and not with Angelique!

Banana Republic is one of those stores that we occasionally drop by. We like to check if they are having good deals on what we are interested in. Unfortunately, more often than not, we leave empty handed. With that being said, the store itself looks terrific. Service was okay. We were greeted when we walked into the shop.

Nothing wrong with the clothes. I walk in and it's not that busy. One girl looks right at me while folding clothes. No hello, nothing. Doesn't look happy to be there. Next girl. Looks right at me. Says nothing. If you can't be bothered to even say hi, then I won't waste my money.
