I came to complain about horrible customer service , but it looks like everyone already did. The staff are miserable and not helpful. They don’t even look like they work there. One of the employees did even know what coach clogs were. Plus horrible attitude. Never again.

I been looking at the reviews but I when in today and had a great experience with the sales associate she was very nice and very knowledgeable with her product and it was very crowded today but she was helping me and tree other people at the some time and still gave me great customer service and answered all my questions , I just think some people nowadays are very sensitive and cannot handle a strong personality or maybe you’re having a bad day and you cannot handle someone’s light because my sales associate was very helpful and she was plus size Hispanic so sweet and most of girls here are Hispanic. I wanna see there’s one American girl and one Africa American girl , of course I’ll be coming here to buy all my gifts. Great service overall thank you for helping me today

I went here looking at bags. I was looking at one in particular and the employee literally took it from my hands when I was looking at it. I feel like I was being racially profiled which is crazy because I was wearing a COACH BAG when I walked in. I was also being watched while I was looking around too. Coach isn’t even a luxury brand that average people can’t afford for them to be acting like I was going to steal it. Also I am literally pregnant. I’m a military veteran and almost certainly make enough money to afford a $150 coach bag. The bag I was wearing costed more than the bag I was looking at. Please do better.

Horrible customer service from the employees. The store itself is great. But it can make it look really bad when employees don’t ask if you need help or anything. There was up to 4 employees standing doing nothing & not one ask if we had any questions. The staff looked like they don’t want to help out customers, noticeable from their faces. Managers needs to please hire better professional staff or just give them even better training.

Store looks awesome but staff are the worst. I guess they just hire anyone who has a pulse. We were not really greeted when we entered the store or asked if we needed help. Rather we were followed around. Horrible service! Take your money elsewhere.

The manager is short, with glasses, dark Chinese hair. It is poorly addressed, pedantic and contemptuous. The store is always dirty with old furniture. They never have merchandise and they always tell you there isn't any. THEY DO NOT GIVE OUTLET COUPON AND VERY BAD ATTENTION. Nothing has a price and you always have to ask why no one comes to ask if you need help. very bad service ??that's why I prefer to buy at Michael Kors.

We came in yesterday 3/20/23 around lunch time.. and not one worker asked us if we needed assistance.. yet they all stood around the register laughing and talking between themselves.. after about 15 minutes we decided to head over to Michael Kors and make our purchases.. the staff there was AWESOME.. do better Coach

The services from the associates at this store is beyond superb. Store manager Larissa and her team (Eunice and Jasmine) are simply amazing. Not to bored everyone with the details but I had an order with CoachOutlet online that was just not going anywhere. Somehow I got connected to Larissa at this location by pure luck. Larissa and her team understood my frustration. They were able to resolved the issue with amazing response time and got the bag I ordered for my wife to me in 2 days. The level of professionalism is beyond words. Thanks again for all your help.
