I went to the store around 2 am with my pregnant sister she had a craving my son two year old was with us my son was getting a candy I was waiting for him to choose his candy a rude short guy kick us out but some one buying beer before us was there and didn't tell him nothing but kicked us out all rude he turn off the lights while we were there and told us like twice to hurry up cuz he wanted to close i don't mind that he had to close i mind the way he told us rude how do you tell a pregnant girl to hurry and stop getting stuff and how u make a little boy to hurry up and get out really bad customer service never have I went with someone so rude and I go there alot but not again will I go when he's there if I could give a zero I would

I can't believe 1 cashier and 6+people in line. 1 other female worker was too busy outside worrying about a dog. And not helping customers at the register..Horrible customer service

We found this wonderful little stop during a nightmare of a re-route. Was travelling from Carmel to Orange County, when the Grapevine was unexpectedly shut down. What was supposed to be a 5-6 hour trip in the car with 2 young kids, turned into a 8-9 hour stop-and-go hell. We stopped at Fastrip to gas up, make a restroom stop, and grab food for the kiddos. During our stop, my son lost his watch and was pretty upset about it. Within a day or two, the store manager was calling my husband, letting us know that the watch was found. He mailed it to us, and insisted that he cover the cost. What a really nice man. :) If we ever find ourselves along that route, we will be sure to stop on by. The food selection was great, and the staff goes above and beyond. Thanks again for your hospitality!
