I wish I didn't have to give any starts for this place. There is one rude very obnoxious girl that works there. She's usually at the cashier she has light hair and green eyes don't know what her name is cause there is no name tag. This girl will never smile and never interact with clients. I have spent so much of my time and money at this location and not once has she smiled or acknowledged me. Maybe because I have brown hair and brown eyes. Someone needs to get rid of her. There is only one individual I have come across in that store and this woman has black curly hair very petit. Always so grateful and always smiling. I wish they were more like here they'd attract much more clients In like me.

Who doesn't like outlets ? I love shopping , I love retail therapy. This gap is my favorite one, Come here once a month ( we'll try too) Always a pleasure seeing Julie an Cheryl , they always have big smiles and come and chat with you an ask how your day is an shows you the lasted deals. If I can't find my size it's easy to find someone to help me . If I need a opinion on the fit , they are honest they don't lie if it looks good they tell you the truth. I like honest sales associates , that is why I like shopping at this Gap. Did I mention they gave an awesome award program , I earn $10 an of course I used it on my transaction. I walk out with a couple cute outfits used my reward an then earn Gap money to come back to shop. Pretty good shopping day at The Gap

This place was a pit stop so we could take a break from sitting in the car (insert air quotes). In reality three women wanted to check out the merchandise and so some vacation shopping. There was tons of sizes and selections. Since we got there close to opening the store did not look like it had gone through Black Friday and the holidays rolled into one. I was able to find a few shirts for six dollars and under, my friends found sweaters and some pants. Overall the employees were helpful and we walked out with some sweet steals. I will definitely make this a regular stop when I can on our road trips. Parking was not super crazy and we found a spot near the store.

All my family were going into the store. They still had 10 min until closing. I walk in and all I hear is a man that worked here who was on the register saying to another employee " now that I got my register open your gonna invite everyone in" so rude and disrespectful. First of all the store isn't closed and to be saying that in front of customers very disrespectful. Never want to come back to this store. Felt so unwelcome and with bad customer service.

This was the worst Old Navy store I have ever been in. I wanted to buy some shirts that were on sale. They were all in the same spot. When I got up to the register, only 1 of the 4 rang up on sale. When I told the cashier that the sign said they were on sale, she rolled her eyes at me and said that's the price. I was so pissed that I literally walked out. I know what the sale sign said. If someone placed he sale sign in the wrong spot, they should have honored it and moved it later. The cashier was so lazy and incompetent that she couldn't be bothered to go check the sign. I will not be returning to this location.

On our way up to the Bay Area to celebrate our nephew and nieces birthdays, we stopped here to stretch our legs a bit & see if they had items I wanted to order online. To our luck we found the shoes I had in my online cart for my 8 mo old daughter. The store is really big, well organized & had a good selection. We found two pairs of shoes I wanted and I even tried on a sweater although we didn't end up purchasing because the color wasn't right for me. There were only 2 associates working but they did seem to say hello every once in awhile. The only suggestion I would make is the fitting rooms were dirty and had clothes in each room. Otherwise a good store and I would shop again for sure. Their prices were even a bit cheaper than online so big plus!

I have been to this location a few times while venturing to the outlets. It is so much better than the location at the Valley Plaza. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The store has always been clean, well organized, and stocked. We actually needed something in a different size and one of the employees informed us that we can order it at the counter for the same sale price and it will be delivered to our home free of charge. We didn't even ask him. He freely gave this information on his own. He was so helpful. He even walked us over to the clearance section and told us clearance was an additional 30 percent off. In addition, at the time we were there everything was 40 percent off. If it weren't for the fact that there is another location being built in the southwest, I'd probably drive all the way out to this location to avoid going to the mall location. And, depending of whether or not the new location goes to the crapper, I might have to drive out here for all of my Old Navy needs.

Keeping in mind that everybody always wants the iconic Gap sweatshirt this is going to be the place to find it where you're not going to break the bank buying it. They have children's clothes but if you want to pay $26 for a pair of baby jeans be my guest. Nice selection of ladies clothes.
