I called to get information and an interpretation of my my tax papers, which I filed with H& R block last year. After waiting on hold, a women picks up the phone an d she asks me to explain my questions to her TWICE. She then asks me who my tax preparer was and I give her the name, afterwards she tells me she will have her give me a call back; however, she did not ask for my contact information or even my last name. She then asked if my contact information was the same as last year. I then asked if I could just give her my call back number. The women then indicated that my tax preparer would give me a call back because i have to be looked up. So, i asked her why she cant explain this to me over the phone. She said she cannot help me because she is on her lunch. I dont understand why a person on their lunch would pick up the phone in the first place. As an H&R Block customer I am very upset and will not be using their services for this upcoming tax season.
