What a GREAT outlet store! I've always enjoyed Old Navy, and this particular store is now one of my favorites! There is a large selection of clothing for men, women, and kids. There are a lot of sales going on throughout the store, and there is a large clearance area as well! I found my favorite type of tops for $4.99 each! You can't beat that deal anywhere, and these are good quality tops! I'm so happy with the items I purchased! The sales team was very good- they were polite, hospitable, and provided ample time to peruse at my leisure. Tejon Pass is a great stop, and I'd like to come back to this Old Navy location!

It's located in the center of the mall. Good selection but the prices are not great. Plenty of parking. Was hoping for better deals. But the employee that checked me out was hands down the nicest most helpful professional old navy employee I have ever encountered. The prices weren't good enough for me to come back, but that kid deserves a raise. I don't see his name on the receipt but it's cashier #3349682 and I remember from his tag he likes video games. Management take note. He's great!

The girl with the blue hair doesn’t not like kids that are autistic! She kept staring at my daughter in a very disgusting way! I will be call corporate because my sister in law was in the store with us and she record her how she kept talking on the walkie they provide employees. How because another employee came to us and offered us balloons and said hopefully this can calm down ur daughter!

The customer service was terrible. No one on the floor right before closing at the cashier with the long nails and blonde hair was not helpful getting my discount since I am a ONCC holder. So disappointed.

There is a ton of variety at these outlets. I didn't get the chance to go into any of the stores because every line was so long! There's a positive to this though-- I appreciate the Outlets At Tejon for properly following covid-19 social distancing guidelines by obviously limiting the amount of people inside each store. I stopped in by the Express Factory Store to use the restrooms and some of the urinals & stalls were cordoned off due to social distancing guidelines. The bathrooms were very clean though. Overall, the outdoor Outlet mall looks really nice, has a good amount of parking, and seemed to follow social distancing guidelines really well. I will be back soon to check out some shops.

Loved the stores and sales at this outlet. We enjoyed our time here and got good deals on clothing from Banana republic, express and adidas.

The Outlets At Tejon is honestly by far my favorite pit stop before you cross the daunting Grapevine to get to Los Angeles. When I moved to Los Angeles in 2015 I remember there was nothing there! So I would drive 3 hours straight to LA or rarely make a stop in Bakersfield which was rare!I feel about a year later this location was brand new open for business and it was poppin here! They had my favorite ice cream shop here that I fell in love with called Dewars which was a popular chain in Bakersfield my mouth is watering thinking about it!Anyways, Outlets are always cheaper than the main stores so I definitely took shopping trips here mostly at designer stores which is Coach and Michael Kors. I did go into Kate Spade as they had a location here. They have Adidas store, H & M and so much more! They also have restaurants on the other side too! However, with COVID the lines are pretty long and shops rotate to take their lunch hour too and will completely close for an hour so beware and plan a head! It's a must stop now you won't be disappointed at all!

Terrible service from Stephen at Express. No customer service skills whatsoever. No smile. no eye contact. He should be retrained. I asked where the new season was. He just said "over there" did not point out where it was whatsoever. Asked where other items were just said "over there" again. Nasty attitude from Stephen. Maybe he should he work at Wetzel's Pretzels down the way.

I stopped at the Tejon outlets to stretch my legs on my drive from the Bay to L.A. They're never crowded even on the weekends. I generally stop for clothing but this time I went straight to LeCruset and Pottery Barn to buy a few items for my home and to get ready for Thanksgiving. Even though my purchases were super discounted I still ended up dropping $400 on 3 pots at LeCruset. That's the nature of the beast when you shop at outlets especially the higher end stores. Shoppers beware--cash goes easy at the outlets and Tejon is no exception. I knocked one star because the food court and the food options at these outlet are severely lacking.

You guys need to step up your protocols! I waited 45 minutes in line due to one register being held hostage by some annoying chick because they weren't refunding her what she "paid" yet had no receipt. So instead of moving that whole situation to the side since you guys are portable with iPads and all that, you entertain that and hold that register up. People need to get in and out yet guys show no urgency. Other employees joking around while the line is now wrapping around the shoe isles.
