“Aside from all the negative reviews, my experience with this pharmacy has been okay. It is a long wait during rush hours as they only have one or two persons up front, however, treatment wise they’ve always been nice with me and helpful. Patty is great!

“My grandma and I were driving back from errands when she noticed the Valley Pharmacy delivery car ahead of us. Right away, she lit up and started talking about how much she appreciates this pharmacy.
She told me the drivers always bring her medications on time and make sure she hears the knock at the door. Their courtesy and small check-ins mean a lot to her. Inside the pharmacy, the pharmacists and staff are just as thoughtful — they take the time to answer her questions clearly and never make her feel rushed.
The women at the front desk also stand out, because they’re the ones pulling through for walk-ins and helping patients face to face with patience and kindness. Together, everyone makes her feel cared for in a way she hasn’t experienced at other places.
