My experience is based on my last recent visit 11/15/25. We walked in the store looking for some Nike shoes we’ve seen on website at a discounted price we just couldn’t refuse since I was wearing some annoying boots I was trying to change into something comfortable. Then this sweet boy named Daniel walked towards us and asked us if we needed any help, to which we replied yes and he proceeded to help us. So let me tell you were were being really cheap ahaha and asked him all kinds of annoying questions and sent him away to find different sizes for me and my husband, and this poor boy made our shopping experience so smooth and easy and always with a smile on his face! I hope management see this review because my husband and I left very happy and he deserves to be recognized! Thank you for being kind, will definitely be returning to this store and recommend to friends and family.

Had a great experience at Tilly’s in the Outlets of Tejon! Found some awesome stuff on sale, and as always, I’m a big fan of Tilly’s. The store was easy to browse and the staff was friendly. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back whenever I am in the area for deals and trendy gear

Yesterday I had a fantastic experience! . I met someone was very welcoming and allowed me to have my space while still helping me. He said to call him gio but he seemed pretty chill.

As many of the other reviews state, employees at this site do not understand the meaning of personal space. I understand it’s their job to be vigilant, but it makes the whole experience very uncomfortable and irritating when they smother you. The store has a great selection, but it’s impossible to really browse when you’re asked if you need help over and over…..and over.

The staff doesn’t seam to know how to read their customers. They are very pushy with sales. I declined help but the lady continued to try to show me all the sales anyway. How much help do they think people need to pick out t-shirts. They were inconsiderate of customer’s personal space.

Took my niece shopping here for her 16th birthday on June 10. One of the employees called security as we were leaving the store after spending $108.26 on a pair of vans/t-shirts. Very racist to do such a thing. Never shopping here again.. .

I see why this place received 1 star in the past!!! No customers but 3 sales people and they offer NO HELP!!! We had to keep going to the front desk (where the salespeople were chatting) yo get assistance! If it wasn't my kids birthday, I would have left everything and not purchased anything!!!

The only store that my family and i will never visit again we were racially profiled as we were looking at the shirts we were stared as we walk around and so i don't know where the 5* review's come from because this was the worst costumer service ever -100/10

I came in looking for clothes for my 2 kids which is always a difficult task. However, I was greeted by a young lady with pink hair who guided me flawlessly throughout the store and my whole experience. She was so helpful with size guidance and what's trendy these days. Sweetest Tilly's employee I have ever came across. I was then met by a girl at the register who was wearing glasses and she had the most darling Christmas nails! She was very polite yet quick and to the point. Overall it was an amazing experience my favorite Tilly's ever! I will be back soon!

I visited Tully’s last night and upon entering the store there were two female employees huddled up looking at their cellphones. Neither employee acknowledged my son nor I as we browsed through the store. Five minutes later a third employee came from the back and literally walked past us. As we decided to leave since we were not provided service none of the three employees made eye contact or said anything. I think these employees need customer service training or find a new job. I will not patronize a store with horrible customer service. If I could rate a zero, that would be their rating.

Bad customer service. The cashier w/ fake eyelashes at around 1:00PM on 10/2/21 has no sense of customer service at all. When she's done bagging my stuff instead of saying thank u or make eye contact she screamed at the next customer: ' are u ready to pay?!'. So rude!
