I did the 6 week challenge program before my trip to Europe!! Staffs were super friendly and attentive.Jana Cancel was my coach - she was the best ??1st time attending to CrossFit class - the exercises was set up in a comprehensive way to follow…and yes - I was challenged:)

I have a long history of trying various workout programs and hurting myself or just losing attention or interest in it, the amount of money I've given to gyms and then not gone is absurd. I was very concerned before stepping foot into ACF that I would get hurt, be laughed out of the place, or just not feel comfortable enough to keep going. But immediately when I came in I was welcomed like an old friend, asked about myself and what I'm looking for... I started in March on the 6 week program and couldn't do a squat more than a couple inches due to a knee issue, I could barely do a pushup to the wall. But I was patient and kept coming back, put in the work, developed so many friendships with the other members and coaches so that now it's literally the highlight of my day to walk in that door. It's such a special place and I hope more people like me come that aren't sure they can do anything, because it is so incredibly exciting see your progress.

So far I love the workouts. Mike and and whole ACF team has been so welcoming and encouraging. My Coach Jana is great, she is attentive and inspiring. I can’t wait to see the results after my 6 week challenge. I plan to be a part of the ACF family for much longer than 6 weeks though. I love it here.

The Atascadero CrossFit six week challenge was exactly what I needed to kick me into gear towards my health and fitness goals. I love the coaches and the community I get to workout with everyday. You’ve got to put in the work, but you’ll definitely see results! My six week challenge turned into a one year membership with no plans to stop!

Awesome gym ? I recently moved to the area & have been looking for a new CF gym to attend. I haven’t worked out for about 5 months so I was a little nervous getting back into it. I decided to try out this gym & had a wonderful experience on my first day & signed up! Coaches are helpful and genuinely care about your fitness goals. Atmosphere is also 10/10 everyone was kind & helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about joining CF for the first time or if they are looking for a new CF home :)

Just joined two weeks ago for the 6 week challenge, and I’m loving it! Coaches are so supportive and hold me accountable in the most gentle and positive way! The workouts are great - a level of workout for everyone! I’m sore, but definitely feeling stronger! You won’t regret it!

Did the 6-week challenge to lose body fat and gain muscle. Had an AMAZING experience. I was totally new to CrossFit and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The level method ensures that you get an amazing workout, no matter your fitness level. The nutrition part of the program was easy & straightforward (no measuring everything on a scale which I loved). At the end of the six weeks, I was down 5% body fat & (even better) had gained 3 lbs of muscle. Felt lean and strong, better sleep, increased mobility, and so much more. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a holistic program with accountability & measurable progress.

Just joined Atascadero CrossFit a week ago. I love the small group classes and the community culture is positive & supportive. The classes accommodate beginner to advanced members with no intimidation. Again, everyone is super friendly. The coaches are helpful and approachable. If they see I’m struggling, they’re quick to intercede so that I succeed. I’m kicking my membership off with their 6 week challenge which includes nutrition and accountability. The plan is easy to follow and when you’re eating right, you never feel hungry. The goals are individualized and realistic. I already love it here at ACF.

I hit a slump in my weight-loss journey about a month ago. I kept seeing ads for a 6 week challenge. I decided to check out what it offered and really see what CrossFit was about. From the initial meeting with Mike I was very optimistic about reaching my fitness/health goals. Mike made me feel comfortable, confident, and excited to see my results. I signed up. The best part of this 6 week challenge is they do everything for you, just follow the guidelines, show up to the workouts, and follow the meal plan and it's a no-brainer! My first class was scary at first. Everyone was welcoming and encouraging. Since joining 8 days ago I have lost 7.5 pounds and feel great! If you are looking for a community of people supporting and encouraging you then stop in and sign up. It is the best decision I have made! Can't wait to see my end results.

Atascadero CrossFit is a wonderful box. The owner, Mike Turnquist really cares about each and every athlete that joins the gym. The coaches are phenomenal and also care about each and every athlete at the gym. They teach you the correct movements for all workouts, motivate you along the way and really help you produce results whatever your goals are. The environment is so supportive and fun you almost forget you are doing CrossFit rather than just having a good time with great people. I highly recommend joining Atascadero CrossFit no matter what level you are.

I just started CrossFit. I am enjoying every minute of it. Mike Turnquist the owner is very friendly, welcoming and funny. Having back problems the coaches have been so wonderful showing me modifications. Everyone there is so friendly it feels like family. I love meeting all the different people and having fun while working on my fitness goals. Thank you Mike for having an awesome CrossFit gym ??. I wish I would’ve started sooner ??♀️

Couldn’t say enough positive things about this gym. I joined knowing absolutely nothing about fitness, weightlifting and nutrition. Since joining I have lost over 20lbs, gained muscle mass, made so many amazing friends, and transformed my health and eating habits. The coaches Mike Turnquist, Jana Cancel and Michael Brooks and Cheyenne go above and beyond to help make sure you have accurate form and encourage you during every workout! I couldn’t thank these coaches enough for helping me achieve my goals!

I can’t say enough good things about this amazing place. And it’s not just a place, it’s a community. The most supportive, fun, energetic, loving community I have ever been apart of. The coaches, Mike, Jana, Michael, and Cheyenne are the best coaches one could ask for. I have always had a hard time with my fitness journey but they have made it so fun and easy and I am reaching my goals for the first time ever in my journey. I am so happy I found this community because I have been changed for the better and have made the most amazing friends.
