I usually go to the bank in Paso Robles for my job but today I found myself in the branch in Atascadero. All I can say is WOWWWWW!!! Can these people be any slower if they tried??? Seriously, I hate leaving negative reviews but damn!!! It's as if time stood still at this branch. The ladies were so slow I feared that the check in my deposit bag would expire. I understand that due to pretentious customers and the nature of the job it may take a few mins...but seriously ladies...you dont have to draw out unnecessary conversations and once the customer leaves...hey...call the next one. Easy as pie. Best part of today.... The "lady in Charge" was just chillin during the ENTIRE time the customers before me as well as myself were waiting. My advice: Check out how the Paso Robles branch does buisness...and follow suit.

This whole Chain of banks are one of the worst. There not open on Saturday, they don't offer temporary checks. The manager is a cocky piece if dung. Even a teller came off to me with disrespect, when I asked for additional cash because my credit and debit cards were misplaced, (in a home that's in total disarray because I'm in the process of moving from out of state.) How much more money I wanted to withdraw from MY account was not her concern. They don't respect their customers. Instead of the bank pleasing their clientele, it's more like the clientele has to please the bank. Forty + years ago I came across their unscrupulous policies at Fort Ord after moving from Michigan. At that point I dropped their bank immediately. Only, until recently was I reminded about how much they really don't care about their clients. Needless to say, I've dropped Bank of America again in favor of a more client friendly banking institution.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Will not protect your money. I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get money back into my account from a fraudulent transaction. Still to no avail. Every claims customer service representative has told me different info, misleading me with the wrong documents and wrong time schedule. I cannot believe a bank that is so big can be so badly ran! When actually physically entering the bank there is always a line of about 5-8 people with only one teller working. That teller is always rude too! I am so disgusted with this bank

The ATM wasn't processing my request, so I went inside -- line of about 10 people and one single teller. After standing in line for about 25 minutes for what should have been a quick ATM withdrawal, I got my money. No apologies, no managers stepping in to assist at the counter. Frustrating and a waste of time.
