I usually don't go inside to a teller most times but I needed to this time and the teller was so helpful, they all are anytime. The teller even called another office, another company to get all the needed information instead of telling me to call this number which has happened before with other companies but she asked the questions and made sure I knew what was needed, asked questions I might of not known to ask. She went though what she was told all the steps I needed to do and walked me though what was needed after. I like using Chase, have been with this company since 1992. Have used different locations in the same county and have always gotten the same helpful, kind, personable employees. They have always gone out of the way to help any of my needs. Will keep giving them my business for /within the future.

I'm so disappointed. Because of YOUR miscommunication with me and the claims department, my account is now overdrawn. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. I will be taking my business elsewhere because of the poor service and lack of communication about MY money. Thanks for nothing.

They put your deposited checks on hold for the maximum days. In my case it need to be 10 days before the funds becomes available. I went their local office to see if they can expedite the verification process since I need to pay tax out from my account. They can't help. I understand it will take maybe a day or two, or three, but 10 days is ridiculous long. Obviously their verification process is too cumbersome.

I just stopped here for a quick visit to make a withdrawal. Line seemed a little long for mid-day on a Monday but the teller who helped me was polite and professional. The location is not large, but was relatively easy to find off the 101 and very clean and tidy. Attractive and relatively modern, with adequate parking and good lighting.

Went in to deposit a check. Super simple and super quick. You can now use your phone to go into the atm machine which is cool. And if you sing, they have the best acoustics.

I came into this branch to have my name changed on my account. Before I could even finish my sentence I was told by a teller that there was no one available who could help me. Apparently my situation can only be resolved from 9AM-4:30PM, which is during my own working hours. On the plus side, there was no line.

Good bank. Quick-service good management. I like the after-hours doors locked policy. You slip your ATM card in there and it opens up the doors and then locks him again that's real good for security in my opinion. It has a small Hometown Bank fill in there. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This is the bank I prefer to go to for my Chase Bank needs

I love Chase Bank I have been with Chase ever since they used to be Washington Mutual I like the fact that the ATM is indoors and can only be accessed with a Chase debit or credit card I also like the fact that the ATM now offers $5 bills I hated taking out 20 when I only needed five bucks I believe you're also able to get $10 bills if not $2 bills you can get two $5 bills

Love this bank. The people are very friendly and go out of their way to help with any issues I have had. Free checking with free checks!! I have a child's account also. Plus a savings account. Love mobile app.
