What the bank lacks in size, it more than compensates with the quality of its first class service. When you enter and want to open an account or ask a question, you will find employee named Joni to your left before you get to the teller windows. Recently, she aptly solved a problem I needed resolved related to a check I had received. She told me that it would take 2 days to clear but she did allow me to receive a partial amount that helped me purchase a car. It's the first bank I have had that responds so highly to its customers needs.”
