I have been using this pharmacy for 9 years but the last 6 months have been the worst service. Everything you read is true- prescriptions not ready when they say they are, multiple trips, multiple calls to have your doctors advocate for you just to get your meds, and rude staff. Recently, my pills were actually shorted by like 12 or 13 (no street value whatsoever), and I have to count them now before I leave the store. I’m changing pharmacies. It’s really bad. I can’t believe no one holds staff accountable.

Sometimes this pharmacy can be good, but unfortunately most of the time it is not. When you call, they mis-quote when to pick medication, or the medication is not ready and I’ve been given the wrong information. Other times they just don’t want to be helpful, and this is to questions relating specifically to controlled drugs etc, and not random pharmacy questions, that I could ask anyone about. Just frustrated with this place honestly and disappointed.

Pharmacist Dan has harassed and threatened to get there licences revoked 2 doctors for prescribing me insulin and fluconizole. He screamed at me and i thought he was going to fly over the counter. Over some pen needles for the insulin.
Such a scary experience.

The store staff (an old guy) was very rude, impatient and unprofessional. The shopping experience was ok but checking out with him was horrible because I used a coupon and asked him to print out the receipt. It seems that he has a strong bias to some people who use coupon. To the hiring manger: Please make sure you train this guy on how to work professionally and serve customers!!! (I will give a zero star if there is one)

I was in this store the other evening looking for 2 items, the pharmacist was talking to a customer using the F word, not in anger just in conversation then after the customer left he said the F word again. Very unprofessional! Then I asked a pharmacy tech were an item was and she told me in a very rude and disturbed tone. I was in the aisle I was directed to and the other tech walked by, I started to ask where the item was but she told me " I am going to the bathroom. When she came out she didn't say, Im sorry can I help you now? At the front of the store a male clerk was sitting down stocking a display talking to a customer that was describing her recent arrest and how terrible things were. The store was barren and dirty, I won't be returning!

Pharmacy staff are rude. Good luck if you take any controlled medications because they are judgemental and treat you like some kind of addict. I cant even remember to pick up my meds on time so get outta here with that! Moved to a local independent where they are much more pleasant and treat me like a human being.

This is my favorite pharmacy. They are fast. But all the pharmacist smile and laugh while they are working... like they LIKE their jobs!

Ladies are pretty rude at the counter. The lead pharmacy manager is nice. Only reason I get my medication here is because they had better customer service. Not anymore. Rude and I'll leave it at that. Sucks. Everyone is just rude these days. Just need my medication and I wait patiently. Oh we called your name already. Ok well I didn't want to sit and wait for 20 min. Online I order and it's never ready. Days later. Sad to see this pharmacy go down hill. Hope it changes. Just be kind. I know it's a job but treat people with respect. Glaring at me like I'm a piece of shit. I saw it. Thanks lady. Manager very nice and funny everytime. Props man.

I love this pharmacy! The line is never long, and the pharmacist is knowledgeable. My son has various prescriptions he is on and I sometimes am not sure about whether or not an over the counter medication is safe to give him and the pharmacist is always willing to help. Longer hours would be more convenient, but the service is so great that I still choose this pharmacy over the others in town. Thanks CVS pharmacy department! You guys are great!

Pharmacy staff is rude, unfriendly and look unhappy. CVS Pharmacy please do better at hiring staff that actually understand what some of these patients are going through. One of the worst pharmacy.

While I was waiting in line, I saw a customer who was upset about her prescription. As soon as the tech was done interacting with her, she helped me next. She obviously was affected by the incident and started treating me rudely and having a very bad tone in her voice. I understand that some people are hard to deal with, but don't treat the next customer horrible because you take things personally. CVS, you need to hire/ train staff who don't take their bad experiences on their new customers who are watching the whole incident. Bad customer service

on this fine monday night i go to cvs to buy a new vibrator i buy a new balloon instead and it's deflated, I spent four dollars on a deflated f****** balloon. This is b******** I want to make myself feel better because the vibrator that was there was already open CVS do better and throw the old balloons away. #dontsin

Short wait lines esp. for pharmacy, etc. and they usually have postal stamps. They always answer their phone if needed.

Pharmacists are awesome. Very helpful & friendly. If a RX wasn't ready when I arrived, they have filled it within 10 minutes. Gave 4 stars because some of the new pharmacy techs have been a little short with me. The long term staff is phenomenal!
