Nice, clean facility with a lot of different sized units. On the more expensive side. We took over a storage unit from someone who is deceased. We were required to pay the 2 months of fees (at $250/mo) she owed to access the unit. No death discounts or forgiveness of fees. The upside is the staff is very friendly & knowledgeable.

We had a storage unit for 1 1/2 years here at Downtown Mini Storage and have had only the best customer service. The management there communicates with compassion and always has the customers best interest in mind. We highly recommend this storage facility over any other in the area.
