“We have been customers since 2019. Lately, our internet performance is not good. We called for technical support today and the response was poor. I later escalated the issue and got a response that actually fixed the problem.So, we are flip flopping from switching providers to waiting this out.Let's hope for the best!Got response that they were happy the problem was fixed. That's encouraging , shows someone is monitoring and responding”
