“K. Jons deserves all the stars! My husband and I decided to have our rings made after we eloped so we could take our time and make sure we get something we truly love. We just picked up our rings (mine was custom-designed almost from scratch) from K. Jons, and they're absolutely stunning 😍

We had the privilege of working with Lindsay (owner) and Christine, who are not just great jewelers but also wonderful human beings. But in the whole process, we also got to meet almost everybody on the small team (shout-out to Lupita as well!), and we can feel how kind and honest they are. We came to K. Jons after a horrible experience at another jeweler (it was so bad I was looking into possibly going to small claims court). Christine and Lindsay went out their way to help us even before they earned our business. They listed the things that we should ask the previous jeweler to do to fix the poorly made rings, and they did this without charging us a dime. This helped us make our case to the previous jeweler and get a full refund.

The process of making our rings at K. Jons was stress-free and fun. My husband and I will cherish the memory of designing our rings together, guided by the expertise of the team at K. Jons, for many years to come. The design process was highly collaborative, which I especially love, since I highly value uniqueness, sentimentality and intentionality in the few pieces of jewelry I own and wear.

Once we approved the CAD, Lindsay helped rush the manufacturing of the rings so we could have them ready before we go out of town to see our family for the first time after the wedding. The whole process took 5.5 weeks (2.5 weeks in design--we requested a minor revision, which added a couple of days, 3 weeks in manufacturing), right in the range they told us (4-6 weeks).
