This gem of a local store offers fair prices on excellent quality and selection of formal & semi-formal dresses. For a small store, they have a wide range of options and colors with regular updates on inventory. The buyer definitely knows what they are doing. I always find something here for the holiday season's more elegant events or for that fun trip to Vegas. Importantly, the service is warm and helpful. The staff have always offered assistance with lacing or zipping, and given honest feedback on the look and style of a dress for a particular event - and whether it best fits my body type.

When I tell you this was the best formal dress shop in SLO hands down. The prom dress shopping experience was a 10/10 the dress selection is top notch and the $25 for trying on more than three is more than worth it once you consider the fact your trying on your dream dress. The customer service was welcoming and authentic. Don’t hesitate to visit and say Yes to the dress!

I just wamna say first off, this place had amazing people working in it. They lady that helped me was so nice and helpful. Literally made my job easier.
Was gonna do the men's wearhouse first to get our suits. But every time I walked into men's wearhouse it was busy or they didn't have enough people to cover. So we looked around and saw this place.
There were plenty of people to help with our needs. We even had a special case (1 of the groomsmen was a girl wearing a suit) and they did their best to get it fitted properly and professionally. We had people all over the state, and it ended up working perfectly.
The suits came back in a timely manner and was able to check the sizes and make sure it was good with enough time to fix if needed. Ended up all being perfect fit.
To say I was grateful would be the least. I would go here for all my suit rental needs. Please give them a chance and go here! Thanks again for all your help!

Disappointing experience. It’s prom season, girls are out looking for THE dress and this shop only allows you to try on 3 dresses for free. If you want to try on more, you have to put a $25 deposit down. Whether you buy the dress or not. It’s hard for some families financially to buy a $200+ prom dress, and now you want to charge to try on?!
They don’t want you touching the dresses. It was so off putting I chose to take my business elsewhere. We aren’t a bunch of YouTubers trying on dresses for a channel. We are real local people, and they knew that based off the questions she asked when we got there. It’s a small area and only a handful of shops to shop at. I try to shop local businesses for their benefit, however this situation was a bummer.

Well, unlike the angry, unhappy women in these reviews, I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience shopping here. The woman that runs this shop is incredible and one of the most genuine business women I’ve ever met. She is so knowledgeable with all of her products and so helpful! Tell her the color, style, or event and I guarantee she’ll find you the perfect dress, tuxedo, etc! All 3 of the dresses I’ve bought here have been drop dead gorgeous. I always feel welcome, she always remembers me, and I’ll be going here anytime I need a beautiful dress!

I have only been here a couple of times but every time has been such a good experience! Last prom I came in and found my dream dress and the owner of the store even helped me out with trying on the dresses. The owner is a very genuine person and even though I do not know her personally, she is very nice! I would definitely recommend this place and be purchasing in the future.

I’ve bought multiple dresses and beyond grateful for a wonderful shopping experience. Customer service exceed my expectations, a great variety of dresses to pick from, and super welcoming environment! Will definitely be buying more formal dresses here!

This was the most uncomfortable and strange shopping experience I’ve had in a while. We walked in and were completely ignored for multiple minutes…which felt strange in a completely silent store. She didn’t give eye contact when she finally did appear to ask what we were looking for. I told her I was looking for a peacock colored dress for my bridesmaids. She said they don’t have that color. I said that’s fine, can my bridesmaid just try some on and see if she can decide on something she likes? The employee said “no, if we don’t have the color you can’t try on”. She was blunt, cold, and just very uncomfortable to be around. We left in a hurry. Don’t come here, they act like they don’t want you there.

I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the gal at the front was UNPLEASANT to deal with. Acted like she didn’t want me there and didn’t want to be helpful at all. I was ignored for multiple minutes before even getting any acknowledgment of the employee. If you want to stay in business wouldn’t you treat people who are trying to buy a dress differently? I am speechless. I will not go back here again.

Dresses were beautiful but owner was not so professional. Should have been a special experience for me and my high school friends but she told us to stop trying on dresses out of nowhere and leave. She was impatient and thought that we were going to damage her dresses when we only wanted to try them on. Must have been because of a past experience of others who went to the store who were not so responsible. We were understanding of her concerns but didn't love how we felt unwelcomed otherwise. Didn't love the purchase pressure and how she questioned us every time we didn't prefer a dress. Also, how she made us feel stupid for trying on the dresses, saying that we were only playing "dress up." We were serious and genuinely interested in buying a dress in the near future but now we know that we won't be coming back. Wish that she could have been more welcoming and understanding because she really did have a great selection of dresses!

Amazing experience!!! The owner helped us size and pick out the perfect wedding dress for our official day!! And she offered advice on where to go dine and enjoy the best time for our vacation needs. It was affordable and I've received SO many compliments!!! I'm turning each future bride to consider wearing black :) :) And either way....I'll be sending EVERYONE here for their BIG day and special events. As promised to owner...photos. Thank you girl!!! You're amazing.

This little boutique is a hidden gem! I was in need of finding a high end gown for a very formal affair overseas and spent considerable time and money buying dress after dress online or from department stores out of our area, all to be disappointed with the fit or the quality. This little store has the latest looks that we all see on Pinterest but in house and at reasonable prices. I'm thrilled to have found a very unique and beautiful dress and all here in little Atascadero! Anyone in need of something formal should definitely go in and see for yourself.
