Called in about an issue with my card and talked to a very kind lady. She was very informative and was able to resolve the issue very quickly and also went above and beyond helping me out with some specifics I wanted with my new card. Very friendly, great customer service.

Blanca is worthless. I asked her a VERY simple question & she claims she refuses to give even balances over the phone & wouldn’t even try to verify who I was. What’s the point in even calling in this bank or answering the phone? I’ll never go in here. Worthless as all hell.

Been coming to this location to cash my checks for a long time now and am extremely content with all aspects of service and cleanliness of branch. Friendly and quick is as good as it gets!

The worst bank in all of North America. Union bank is better. They changed my deposit limit to 750 a day so I may never deposit a mobile check again. Hot garbage.
