I have been frequenting this location for years. Typically, friendly and quick service. I appreciate that.
On the other hand. This is a Amazon return drop off location. Which sometimes requires printing a label. The charge use to be $1 then $2 now $3. Please keep in mind that this is printing a piece of paper.
Greed at its finest. And the store is still being paid from Amazon too. Going to Staples from now on.

This location is unlike any other UPS store on the central coast. They woman in charge is consistently rude and rather than kindly help a customer with a return shipping issue if they have made a mistake or not, they school you on how it should be shipped back and most often it requires buying tape or another box from them. Today I returned a rug from Amazon in the exact condition it arrived and she insisted it needed more tape and charged $3 or refused to do the return. When I pointed out that I routinely have issues like this at her store she became sarcastically “nice” and I realize they don’t necessary make money on an Amazon return but no other UPS store treats people this way. They will tape up your package no problem. The last time I was in it was two of the same items on the return and she made me buy a second box and rudely acted like I should have known this. Again, this is how the item was shipped from Amazon. I will avoid her and this location from now on, which might help with the consistently long lines due to slow and rude service.

I always get helpful good service. Sometimes there is a line and I have wait a few minutes so 4 not 5 stars. But, having to wait a bit isn't bad for the good help I receive.

Barbara was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, quick to help and find the best possible solution in the most efficient way. She simultaneously provided mentorship to a younger associate (also incredibly kind, friendly, and willing to help). What a great team. Best UPS experience I’ve ever had.

The manager there is so lazy, has no customer service skills. Doesn't want to help people and prefer to let her one checker actually, do all the customer service with a line out the door. Paso robles store is much faster and better customer service

Unfortunately, this location charges $3.99 for their UPS envelopes, free at all other locations. I’ve shipped daily for years and this is a scam, as UPS intends for their envelopes to be free of charge. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!

Wouldn’t ship ups insured package because package was insured by insurance I purchased from ups. They said the items inside were too valuable but sold me insurance for item then wouldn’t accept item. Yes, it’s as dumb as it sounds. Clerk refused to fill out paperwork ups requires that acknowledges the shipments value. I guess the jokes on me; I’ve never had a decent smooth experience at this location. Will avoid from now on.

The clerk did not greet anyone at the door when she opened 5 minutes late (a “good morning” at that point would have gone a long way!) She was rude and unhelpful to the person in line ahead of us. When it was our turn, her rude attitude was directed at us. We have made hundreds of Amazon returns and this location has a few good employees but the woman who was working this morning caused us turn around and leave. She treated us like we didn’t know how the returns work!
