Dylan A at the Verizon store in Atascadero near Home Depot is truly outstanding. He is an expert on iPhones and patiently answered all our questions. He provided us excellent deals on the iPhone 16 Pro and made the transfer of all data and apps seamless. I highly recommend seeking out Dylan for any of your cell phone needs.

Kyle was so helpful and professional. He was able to help us navigate phone updates, plan updates, purchases, transfers, and accessories. He used terms and language that was easily understood by us (not excessively tech-savvy retirees), was genuinely delightful, expedient and competent. He made our entire upgrade process enjoyable. Sooooo much better than online option for us. Kyle is very good at what he does at Verizon!

Dylan from the 955 El Camino in Atascadero went above and beyond in helping me even though I was led here by another representative, Abel. Abel made promises that were not true and Dylan still handled everything well.

Freddy Villalobos assisted me at the Atascadero Verizon a few days ago. Outstanding service! I am closing my deceased husband's phone and IPad services and for a year now was told I could not yet as there are still product payments required on the gadgets. Idk if I'm writing that correctly. Freddy informed there is a program with Verizon to waive or reduce those fees if I could produce a death certificate. He said he wanted to verify this program is still valid and could he call me the next day. He did. They do. Hats off to Freddy Villalobos. Bravo 👏

This place truly is the best. I had been reccomended to come here, and glad I did. Jay was our helper with a problem we had. He patiently worked so hard, and went above and beyond for us. I've never experienced such great customer service at a Verizon store before. Most honest and helpful store I've ever been to. I will be coming here for any and everything here on out, and will be letting people know where to go.

The only Verizon retailer store we go to on the Central Coast. I've been in this store numerous times and every single time immediate service and assistance. This time Zach helped me pick out a new phone, get it setup and had to teach this old dinosaur a couple of new tricks ;p He also assisted my husband with a phone transfer and was just an absolute pro with everything.
