“This was my first visit to the clinic, and I was so impressed with Dr. Megan and the entire team. Murphy had several things going on at once, including a nail injury, parasites, and some kidney concerns. Dr. Megan took the time to thoroughly address everything. She answered all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was her demeanor. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and truly cares about her patients. Murphy absolutely adores her, which says a lot. He was so happy to see her, and it was clear that she was happy to see him too. It’s not often you find a dog who loves going to the vet, but Murphy does! I’m very grateful for the care, kindness, and attention we received. I left feeling informed, supported, and confident that Murphy was in great hands. Thank you, Dr. Megan!”

“I live close by to the Atascadero store and Jack insists on visiting if we’re passing by. Every single staff member is so knowledgeable, and if they don’t know about something, they find it! I love this place.”

“I called just to get a price for neutering, and somehow ended up getting so much helpful information I didn’t even know I needed. Spoke to Elizabeth, she gave me info about the breed, plus advice that was actually specific to my situation. She took the time to really listen and answer all my questions, and I never felt rushed. You can tell she genuinely cared. Thank you Elizabeth! 🥹🐾”

“My dog is now 17, and pretty healthy, but I switched to ECV last year when I was concerned about his teeth. Dr. Robinson was very gentle with him and after senior blood work got him in asap for a cleaning and 2 extractions. He did very well ( even at 16 yrs old!) with the anesthesia and I could tell he felt better too. Just recently he had an exam with Dr Schmidt (another fantastic vet!) and she's helping him with some arthritis and anxiety. He's very deaf and losing his sight slowly, but this office is keeping him in the best shape possible and he's still running around like a puppy. In between naps! The front and back office personnel are always helpful and informative, I highly recommend this office.”
