Came in for a new phone after having mine stolen. Not having my other phone made setting up the new one very difficult, but the girl who helped me out was extremely patient & made sure I left satisfied. 10/10

Never had a bad experience with ATT until I entered the Atwater store. They double charged us for a phone upgrade and some accessories. When I returned to the store to address the issue they told me that there was nothing they could do on their end to call billing or dispute it with the bank. Billing was unable to assist because it was an IN STORE purchasing issue so I had no other option but to file a claim through my bank. This was back in April and my bank finally reversed the double charge, however now ATT wants to charge me again for that transaction because on their end it shows I never paid on the day in question at all. So ATT is trying to double charge me again, all over a cashier error that the store refused to resolve on their end. Rene Gonzalez is the store manager that pretty much washed his hands of the whole situation on a mistake made by his employee and now two months later I’m still dealing with my bank and ATT billing over the phone. I definitely do not recommend going to this store to get assistance with anything.

Ruben is the best!!! I came in a little heated because this was my 3rd time in a week coming in for a new camera protector, because it kept unsticking…. Ruben helped me no problem, even double checked to ensure it wouldn’t fall off, I was debating on not going there anymore but Ruben really saved the day! I appreciate you bro!

Lots of up and downs with this store, went in to adjust one line on my account and they ended up changing my entire family plan with out my consent and my bill went up over $100. Went back to the store to get this resolved and it took over 4 hours to get this resolved. I bought accessories from this store and they charged me twice. Couldn’t get assistance over the phone so I returned again to resolve this issue and after another 2 hours their solution was to file a claim through my bank to resolve their mistake. Just when I finally thought everything was resolved my bill magically went up to almost $450. Went back to the store to again resolve this issue only to be told by the store manager Rene Gonzales that there is nothing he can help us with that would have to consult with customer support on the phone and refused to assist any further for issues their store caused. Been an ATT customer for over 10 years and have never had an issue until I walked into this ATT store in Atwater. Diego was very helpful and at least attempted to get our issues resolved however when his store manager got involved he basically turned us away and told us it was a billing issue with ATT and to call billing support for assistance for an issue caused after purchasing products from their store.

Shoutout to Diego for his amazing customer service and helping my friend get the best deal on her new phone. He is super friendly and was extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the store. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because you really don't get customer service like that nowadays! Thank you Diego you rock!

I’m telling you this store has some crazy good service. The employees make you feel like you are their most important customer, going above and beyond to get you what you prefer. I would recommend this place to anything thinking of trying a new provider
