She was so rough and she cut me please don’t go to her ! I’ve been threading my brows for 13 years and she was terrible. I prefer the one next to Starbucks. I have thick hair and have never bled and she cut me so badly.

I have been going here for a few years now. The ladies that work there are very nice and I've been happy with my brows every time! There's almost never a wait during the week and the wait on the weekends is minimal.

Store hours do not match what is advertised. It says they are open Sundays, 11-5, online and it is even posted on their door, however, every Sunday, they are closed and do not answer their phone. Terrible customer service.

My sister brought me there a few days ago and what my sister had told me nothing but good things about this place. My experience what the opposite, I was new so I didn't know what to do. As the lady who worked there told me to do, I hold down my eyelid, according to her I was doing it wrong. To the point where she started to raise her voice at me. Overall, they weren't very welcoming. As for the looks, the windows are tinted on the outside so, not inviting. The inside however, feels like a nail salon-without the smell. The threading also hurt but that's what u asked for so- do what you may with that.

I had the whole face threaded. I don't remember the operator's name, but she did a great job. It was fast and well done. Usually people take too much off my brows, but they look great after this threading. I'll definitely return for a follow-up.

This place is the best place I've been to. I used to come here years ago and ended up going some place else. But I'm glad I came back. They actually do what I'm requesting. Not thinned out or shaped wrong. The atmosphere is welcoming and great customer service. Thank you.
