The place was closed during business hours. I called the other store in Winton to see what was happening, and the young lady at the store was on an extended break in the back with the front door locked. She wasn't very excited to help me so the service wasn't any good.

UPDATE: While I am still disappointed, I will say the manager was quick to resolve our problem. I hope that she will talk to her staff about listening to the customer. My husband is a disabled veteran, he has hard of hearing so as an associate working you have to take the time to explain things and if the customer says it's a no, then it's a no. I will state that we were definitely over charged for an item that was supposed to be free according to the manager but she was able to pay us back for that, therefore I am upping my rating. Only reason I went up a star is because of the manager being able to come in listen to us and fix it. I do not want to go through this again.I will give this site a 2 for now. Usually, I have had no issues but when my husband went to the store they charged him for a screen protector $50 (way too much even with the small discount) then insurance which he told the person there he did not want either one of them. They still charged him, so a phone that costs $90, plus $9 for taxes plus $25 upgrade fee should be around $126 not $156! When my husband asked the guy before he left why he was charged too much he was told if he didn't like it to come back to the manager. This is not how you do business at all. I contacted Cricket online (basically worthless) but they stated that if my husband did not want the items he should not have been charged for them. So, if the manager fixes the problem then perhaps I will give a better review. NOTE TO THOSE PURCHASING, make sure you tell them NO and do not let them charge you for something you do not want.

The manager helped us activate 2 lines and passed on our contacts and our accounts. On Friday between 2 and 6 pm they do not charge for activation so we save $50. Thank you!
