“Yesterday I went in for a phone and watch upgrade and to add a line and watch with an upgrade as well. The three ladies who helped me, especially Daniella went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible, as well as the most out of my T-Mobile perks. They answered all my questions and were super friendly and personable the whole way through. Their male manager (can’t remember his name) was also helpful and made sure we were able to leave with exactly what we wanted, with the least amount of hassle for us. It got busy several times while we were there but they handled it well. Thanks again girls for making sure we had a merry Christmas!”

Yet there was nothing in my experience with Dennis or the store that suggested a 2.9. His professionalism was great and he did everything right and went above and beyond. I had a positive experience and look forward to my next visit.”
