Staff was great and friendly. But was left disappointed after the car wash. I got the platinum wash and the car wasn’t clean there was still dirt and visible scratches (not deep) enough for me to notice. Very disappointing since it’s a new car. Not sure if anyone else has had this happen just want to let others know
