Got a pedicure with Henry and it was amazing! He was super kind, detailed, and so gentle the whole time. Really took great care of my feet. Highly recommend!

Henry is absolutely terrible and should not be doing pedicures. Extremely rough. Felt like he was slamming my feet the whole time. Not a good experience.

Received the worse and fastest pedicure ever so call deluxe , I know the hot wax takes a couple of minutes to set she had off in no time,,,older woman chewing gum all crazy, would repeat, she ask “color” I replied no, she, no color no color, woman next to me stated her water was to hot, she to hot to hot, never once engaging in small talk, will never go back. She was very RUDE and lazy. Appt at 3p out 3:30. Unprofessional hints the name.

Went in on a Sunday to get my nails done. They did acrylic with black gel on top. My ring finger on one hand completely chipped and my thumb on another hand did not have any top coat on the inner corner so was chipping. Called the salon for a resolution Tony was extremely rude did not want to issue any partial refund, I asked if I could go in on Saturday as I work full time and he said no it would need to be today. Extremely rude and no customer service at all. Will not go back.

I've been here twice once my sister was the only one getting work done 2nd time we both got full service pedicure the person I got was great. Her person on the other hand she was rude and wasn't communicating well. they couldn't do the color my sister picked so they suggested cat eye for both of us they didn't even take the magnet to her toes. Cat eye is extra so that they didn't take the magnet to it just made it like any other polish. I love the nails I got from the person who did mine. My sister was not satisfied with hers.

I tried giving this place an extra shot because I used to love coming here. Now they immediately do gel nails and charge you extra without any communication. They have now done this twice to me. I’m one of those people that will just pay too and tend to never say anything (working on this lol), but I shouldn’t have to say to not upgrade to gel without asking me first. How did my $45 package come out to $55??? Now that this happened twice to me, I will for sure never come back here. T nails down the street is a better alternative & I recommend them over this place.

I’ve been coming here for a few months. It was a nice place until my last appointment when it was my turn to get my nails done they sat me with someone as she was doing my nails she removed some of them and then another client walked in then she told me to wait and sit somewhere else until someone was ready for me. Idk how they thought it was okay to start on my nails and then leave them half way off to switch me for somebody else. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

I have lived in Merced for 6 years moved from Modesto, and for 6 years I have driven back to Modesto to get my nails done. Until yesterday I went here not sure what to expect but they were great! Very friendly, professional, affordable and clean. I liked that there were a lot of repeat customers coming in the nail techs know their customers that means something to me. I have found my new nail place I was very impressed so happy I no longer need to drive to Modesto ??

My first time here, I was happy. However, as I kept coming back and saw the quality of my nails overtime, I realized I won't be going back. The first time I got my nails done, I loved them. But my acrylic started breaking within a week. I had multiple nails break in half. This has never happened so quickly in the 10 plus years I've gotten acrylic nails. I gave it 2 more times and still, my nails would break so easily. Then one time I asked for a replacement of a nail because it came off and I had just glued it back on with nail glue to hold me over. I explained this to them in detail. They did not take it off and replace it, they filled it. Well it got fungus because it wasn't originally super secure and got moisture underneath. If they had taken the glued nail off and replaced it like I requested, it wouldn't have been an issue. I had to go to another salon to get that sorted out. This place filled my nail instead of replacing it to save this salon time. Which I don't understand because I paid for a replacement so I should've got what I asked for. I got a completely new set done at a difference salon and no issues with broken nails. Then I was going to give this place one last chance on Friday to redeem themselves, but I was disappointed again and realized I will never return. I've never had issues with my pedicures here before, but I paid for a top of the line pedicure and it was awful. She spent 20 minutes on my pedicure and I was the last to be seated in a full row of chairs but the first one done. I paid for callus removal and she scrubbed my heel for less than 10 seconds and no dead skin came off, and I had very dry feet with a lot of dead skin. If I'm going to pay $50 for a pedicure, at least put some effort into it. Besides the paint, my feet felt and looked exactly the same as when I went in. I normally don't write reviews or complain, but I've had so many questionable things happen to me over multiple visits, I felt like I had to. Hopefully they will improve from their mistakes and get better.

This place I will never go there again they want to charge $15 for them to take off four of my nails and didn’t even tell me till there were almost done with my nails and when I called before going in I asked about how much French manicure was and they told me starting $40 than when almost done they wanna tell me $70 this place is a joke

I called salon ask what they would charge for full set nails French tip gel told me 35 so I has appointment 4 after they finished I get my bill sats 55 dollars I told lady what did u charge me 55 when i had called was told was 35 she said no I don't know who told you so I had end up paying 55 so I will not be going back Lesson learned she did not to good of job
