We also had a heavy package to pick up, and instead of making us struggle with it, the owner actually came outside to help us carry and handle the package. That was very thoughtful and showed how much he cares about his customers.

The best part was when the owner was helping my grandmother with her notary service. My grandmother was having difficulty standing for a long time. The owner noticed this right away and brought a chair for her so she could sit comfortably while he completed the notary service. It may seem like a small thing, but that kind of kindness and attention means a lot, especially when you are helping an elderly family member.

I really appreciate the way the owner treats customers like family instead of just another customer. He was patient, professional, kind, and willing to go out of his way to help us. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable.
