Love this place! Mr Singh is super responsive and always happy to answer my millions of questions/provide shipping estimates/etc. This place really takes the stress off of selling things online. Not only do they do a great job packing (as I know from people leaving happy reviews on my online shop) but they do it quickly, and best of all they really make a big effort to find the least expensive shipping method without sacrificing the quality of packaging on an item by item basis.Mr Singh always seems to know the most cost effective solution to safely get something where I need it to go, and this expertise puts money back in my pocket! Highly recommend utilizing this shop if you have an online store, or if you just want to ship something safely for the best price possible.

Always happy with this particular store and this particular team. Always polite, always aware of the situation, and ready to answer any question. All team members are very professional and responsible. Last time I have international shipping and had a great experience with Mr Singh who was very friendly, patient, and provided all the necessary details about my concern. They have notary, livescan, passport photo, printing. Love to come here. Good job ups store Atwater.

They are so nice and helpful. I've had to have them mail me my mail a few times, and they are always really upbeat about it no matter how busy they are. Great service! My mail on time always. But make sure which service u want pick. And listen them too.

Assocciate Lathie was an absolute angel. I just had surgery on my right shoulder and couldn't use my arm. She took the time to assist me in making copies, filling out the envolop and sending it. She was kind, friendly and considerate. She didn't make me feel like a burden but a person. Wonderful person and wonderful employee. She even helped me so fast that it was kinda fascinating. 10/10 would definitely come back.

8/3/25: Amazon website said return in original package and I boxed it up in the original box.
At the store the manager said it had to be in a different box. Unfortunately my wife took it in and he bullied her into buying a $5 box.
If he has to lie, cheat, and steal to keep his store open then maybe UPS needs to get someone else to run it.

If you can avoid going here I advise you do so. The manager is a hot head and is very unprofessional. They make a big deal out of small things if your shipping label is to big they won't take your package or if it ain't taped on there they make a big deal about it they won't even tape it for you. This place is straight out garbage. And the manager the one with the beard should be fired and replaced with a professional.
