I just received a $45 pedicure, which was supposed to remove my callus and also cuticles on my toes... all I can say was he did a half a$$ job, did not remove my cuticles or calluses properly which really sucked because Venus Nails used to be go to place and I don't think I'll ever be returning there.

I got my nails done by someone name Kim she did amazing loved it she said my total was 55and to pay up front and the lady up front told me angrily let me see your nails and I showed her and in there language she was telling my nail artist things and the nail artist was just saying okay okay I left a 15doller tip but I left with the lady in the front being angry and super disrespectful to me this will be my last visit because of this experience.

The wait can be long on Friday and Saturday. If you go around 4 on a weekday, you can get right in. They do a nice job.

Do not come to this nail salon, I had gone in to get an acrylic set in where in the process I was cut near my cuticle that then exposed me to an HPV disease that were in the nail tools which caused this wart immediately right after. It has been about a year and I am still working on treatment with a dermatologist. The lack of cleanliness in this place shows as I am still battling through this issue. Please be careful and do not come to this place they are not sanitary what so ever.

Paid $50 for this.. Uneven cut, uneven gel... my skin hurts from how short my nails were cut. My toes looked better when I came in... never again. Won't let me upload photos

Been coming here for 15 years. Very friendly staff. Loved my nails a gentlemen by the name of John did them. He did a great job ??

I found it very suspicious when I finished getting my service done they did a horrible job and I did not plan on leaving a tip but once lady took my payment i preceded to ask for a receipt she took way longer and made some "changes" on the machine then printed my receipt but with a 2 dollar tip and well as their card fee. All for a basic pedicure which ended up causing me more discomfort and pain. Down to the slapping of my feet when it was supposed to be a "massage" to them over cutting my toe nails and skin causing me to bleed and then spraying alcohol on them!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

there are no words to describe how awful horrible this place was. i went in with my mother and my cousin for pedicures. keep in mind it was a rainy SLOW day. So to start off the person i had was an older gentleman, he was extremely rough on my legs when massaging, he left my nails CROOKED no matter how many times i told him if he could straighten it out he would shake his head as if it was a bother. THEN he did NOT clean the edges correctly which eventually led to my gel polish chipping off within 2 days and lifting. As for the second person who worked on my cousin, who id say was more middle aged, did NOT take his time. i want to say he took 15 mins MAX. I really hate telling anyone how to do their job cause who does really??? but she asked for a specific color and they had none of the colors which was more of a lilac color, and she would choose a different that were similar to it and they had NONE of them. So that led to annoyance. OH AND he also didn't clean around the edges and proceeded with aggression as well. so overall experience was a -10/10. The person who worked on my mom however wasn't as bad, but my mom did have an ingrown toenail and you'd think they can help take it out but the lady actually made it worse.. the crazy thing is is that the 2 guys were RUSHING and there was nobody else but us 3 and that definitely isn't the vibe. i wanted to be calm and relaxed but i felt tense and almost like i was a bother there... anyways. never going back. do what you want with this information.
