“the staff is usually really cool & try to make small talk with customers during check out. alondra with the pretty black & blue hair said i have "good energy" & gave me a paper about making popsicles. had a fun little chat with her & almost felt like i knew her. awesome customer service!”

“I use to love going to Santa Fe pet hospital but since Covid I am are not able to go in the back with my pets for their apps n I don't like not being able to talk to the vet my self the staff is good but don't always get the concerns I have right it's like handing ur child off to the nurse. I am considering changing vets”

“We have been loyal fans of this practice since rescuing our first kitten 7 years ago. Recently we rescued another kitten, who had been injured, and both Drs. Sheffield and Lauppe took excellent care of him. Our little guy had gone from 1.1 pounds in May to 6 pounds in August. And our adult cat is doing equally well. He has an allergy to flea bites, which makes flea control very important but he is also sensitive to medicines. Dr. Lauppe worked to find the right medicine and we haven't had flea issues in over 2 years. They do a great job including our children in the visits also. Definitely a family friendly practice.”
“Dr. Sheffield is a wonderful doctor! My dogs have been under her care since 2005 when she saved my two little puppies from dying with parvo. I recently learned that she has left Animal Medical Center and started working at Valley Animal Hospital. My dogs will be following Dr. Sheffield to her new clinic for continuing care of their medical needs.”
