I wish I could just give no stars!! I had went in yesterday and wanted a new battery cause mine was dead (Bought it dead) and they had to "recharge" it for 30 minutes to tell me the battery is good? Than why did it leave me stuck at work a couple days later? I didn't want one of there battery's cause obviously there no good I just wanted my money back when I demanded my money back the "manger" told me he was calling Atwater police LMAO how professional are you? This whole store is a joke even the ladies helping me.

I went to the Walmart in Atwater today. I was met at the door by someone who demanded that I wear a mask which I did not have. This person would not give me one. So I simply stated I would now purchase all of my merchandise from Amazon and turned around and left. No more Walmart for me!

Associate named Eileen socialized behind the return counter with another associate for at least five minutes before helping the customer in front of me. When it was my turn, I walked up and received no acknowledgment from her whatsoever for another five minutes as she typed on the computer/register. The phone rings & she answers it & helps the customer on the line before me. After a few minutes or so i said hi there and received a "hold on." She continued socializing with the associate during my return and made no conversation whatsoever with me. She never even told me when my return was done, she just waved the next customer forward. This Walmart definitely needs better training on proper customer service.

Thanks for canceling my pickup grocery order, while still taking my money! Now I have to wait 3-5 days for you to "hopefully" refund it so I can find somewhere else to get groceries!!!! I have asthma and cannot risk getting covid19. I cannot go in and shop like normal. I am so livid that you waited till the last minute to notify me that my order was canceled!!!

First thing, I would not want to be Alma. (the store manager who blasts her face on every aisle telling everyone she's the manager) Second, the whole locking items up and having 1 employee with 1 key that opens the glass is a terrible way to manage a department. EVERY time I'm there I always hope it's better than last and it's not. Not only me but other CUSTOMERS have to press the button for help PLUS go looking around for this person who should be close by to just open it and tell us we can't hold the item. Then the cashiers have to physically scan it at the self check out. It's pathetic.

Store is okay , not a lot of stuff in the baby department. One thing for sure is the whole shopping center outside has ROACHES!!! I mean huge roaches!!! Don't leave your windows down or go late unless you want to see tons of roaches on the floor or crawl on your strollers. Won't be going back to the shopping center. Get an Exterminator for the whole shopping center !!!

Today I decided to go to Atwater's Walmart because it's bigger and I would think they would have a lot of selection and merchandise. I was wrong. I went to buy some women's jeans and there were virtually nothing on the shelves. The Customer service of coarse was awful, but of coarse we're looking at Walmart. Question is will I return to this Walmart, absolutely NOT. If I could give a negative star I would.

Used to come here all the time but now the store is a disaster after the confusing "remodel." Why put all your cooking related items in a narrow aisle by the hardware stuff? It used to be close to the grocery area but now you have to walk to the other side of the store. The cosmetics (even super cheap items!) are under lock and key and I've walked away two times now after buzzing the ringer and waiting, and waiting, and waiting for someone to come. One day I actually got something I wanted and they had to walk it up front and I had to wait in the cigarette checkout to get it and the line was 10 deep with NO OTHER CASHIER in sight. Screw it. I'll go over to Target or Walgreens when I need something now. Items I used to easily find are nowhere to be found. Even the stock manager was confused and used his phone to try to look up something I've purchased there for years and he said it was supposed to be in stock but even he didn't know where the heck it was. I left the store and bought it at Savemart. This store has gone to hell.

I would give it a minus one if I could. I went to buy a bicycle inner tube and hit the button. After finding an employee named ROB, he went to open the case with all the bicycle parts in it. He seemed irritated that I even called on him to help. He said, "Is that it!? I didn't know what he meant by that so I said, " What do you mean?" he raised his voice and yelled, "Are you done shopping!?" I said, yes, well maybe get me some patches. Personally I felt attacked by his behavior. Figures, he's a stocky, bald white guy with tatoos. Walmart has really lowered it's standards when it comes to hiring it's employess. Hey walmart, how about you train your employees to be nice to customers. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! The hell happened to that!! If I see ROB again working there I won't be so nice the second time around. My money is going to pay for his salary. I'm the customer here and every other customer deserves to be treated with respect!!

Typically my husband buys Pokémon cards here so he and my son can open it together. It seems that Walmart employees or return customers open the package and super glue the package back together after going through the card packs. It's a shame that people would steal from not only Walmart but from children as well who could have possibly gotten rare cards from these packs. These are the single booster packs. It makes me question what other toys or products could have been altered and shelved.

Before going into their store to make a return I called to make sure that i could return items and I spoke to the customer service worker. I asked if I could return the items that were purchased without a receipt because I swiped my debit card. I was told they could just look up the purchase with my card. So I went inside and was told by the lady at customer service that she wasn't gonna return my items and that there's nothing she would do but there's a sign hanging up that says they would return items with or without a receipt within 90 days. But I was not allowed to return any of my items. Very unfair.

Once you Order your food at Walmart.com (Grocery) and you will never go back to shopping "The brick and mortar" anymore! besides it's all self checking when you get there so just do it.

I just do store pick up now because the cashiers are hostile and rude. I am so happy the Super Target re-opened.
