Owners/ family are always yelling at each other in a strange language, cashiers do not interact or act welcoming nor thank you for coming in at all. To top it off- the "food to go" is never hot & rarely warm. It's been like this for awhile. It used to be a nice welcoming place but not anymore.

Can't get much worst service. They won't say hello. They won't say goodbye. They will sit there and talk on their cell phone to somebody and also not give you your change! Total was 4.59 and I gave him a $5 bill and he put it in the cash register and went back to doing what he was doing. I would drive miles to go anywhere else.

Wow. First of all, every time I enter this establishment, I say hello to whoever is at the counter. I have never gotten a response. Then, when I approach the counter to check out, I say hello again. I ask how everything is going I the store etc. I am ignored every time. No eye contact, no verbal recognition that I have spoken at all. I also let the customer service representative know when their coffee pots are burning so a fire doesn't start and so that their service can be the best that it can be. Horrible service in every aspect in my opinion.

I would do 0 stars if. The cashiers are really mean they over charged us we went back to get the money and they said they didn't over charge us.

I just came to the 7-Eleven because I heard that the owners had changed. I was hoping to have a better experience that I've had before here and it's actually been quite a few years since I've come here. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. I don't know about anyone else but I am so tired of walking into a store and being ignored because somebody is too busy on their phones. It is extremely bad customer service and I won't take it anymore. I actively boycott when people would rather be on their phone then greet me or even acknowledge my existence. This 7-Eleven will never get my business again

I tried calling both 7/11 stores in auburn California and both are fax lines. Why put your phone number out there if you don’t answer it. Lost my business for sure.

First place ever that wouldn’t let me swipe my card or type the numbers in for me when their machine wouldn’t read the chip. Told me there was nothing that could be done. Impressively unwilling to make any effort whatsoever in helping a customer. I’m not even mad, actually. Truly top of their class at being the bottom of their class.

I would give a big zero but it’s not an option Worse 7-Eleven I have ever been to I was trying to return candy that was 5 months old and the guy scream yelled and threw a fit about it , he started being aggressive like he wanted to fight .I even went back to the shelf and showed him that all the dates matched with the other candy I had purchased. He threw A tantrum like a three-year-old until his mom came over and had to calm him down. From what it looks like he is the son. You should really learn how to talk to people who would really try to get over on three dollars worth of candy in full work uniform.
