This place has been out of cold French vanilla coffee creamer for weeks. No note for customers on why. How hard is it to keep the creamer stocked? There's 2-3 attendants working morning or afternoon and none of them can stock the creamer. I've been coming this station for years. AMPM should pay them a visit and retrain. They workers are nice but I have heard lots of customers complain about the French vanilla creamer every time I visit. You can't serve coffee without creamer. The other issue is they discriminate the PM commuters. In the AM they add a cinnamon roast coffee to the list of coffee flavors. Once in runs out, they don't make more. Half the population works PM shifts and drinks coffee in the PM hours. Why don't they get a chance at having cinnamon flavor coffee, which is really tasty, how come it's only for the morning customers? I thought businesses were not allowed to discriminate? If the owner is reading these, please make cinnamon coffee for the PM customers and restock the cold creamer. I will raise my rating. I represent about 15 regular customers. I have informed them to write a similar review to this one.

I was charged $10.72 for a BAG for my snacks. For a BAG! I thought the guy said 10 CENTS! It was a separate transaction from my snacks so I know they weren't factored in

I went there and bought 2 cheddarwurst dogs which are normally my favorite but I don't think so anymore. I ate one went to throw the package away. The package read enjoy by 6:47pm and it was around 7:20pm when I ate it. I get home around 8:45pm and I got so sick ? I had to eat crackers to try and feel better but I couldn't even lift my head off the pillow. It is now 4:40am the next day and I still don't feel right. But I also realized the the package had 4 different stickers layered over each other. So that tells me it has been sitting in the hatco for 12 or more hours. I'm not happy and I don't feel good.

The sign on the door states correctly that masks are required, but zero of the people working here are masked and they are certainly not enforcing it for customers. Extremely irresponsible as covid numbers are currently higher than ever.

While they have hung up the sign stating (correctly) that masks are required indoors, zero people in the store were masked. This includes the workers as well as customers. It is January 2022 and COVID cases are at record highs. This is deeply irresponsible behavior.

Coming in to buy some snacks going back to NV 45 min drive . So I go in to use restroom and then I hear a pounding on door I thought it was a customer ok as I opened door found it was the manager was the one pounding on the door he then yells taking too long and acted like I was doing something wrong very unprofessional I was going to buy something but that type of rude behavior the worst customer service I ever seen I will never go back terrible and I do recommend going to this Am/Pm

They charge credit car fee's for Debit cards now, what a rip off. Debit card is like cash and they stop the pump at $100.00 now. Very inconvenience on trying to fill up a truck and higher fee's almost 10X the fee charge when filling up a truck. Not happy. May be I should fill up a 1 gallon at a time with 35 transactions fee's maybe that will be better. Or higher fee for them in the long run. Or maybe they should fix there problem .

Filling up here didn't get me far, I spent $31.00 here. I filled up my tank all the way and I couldn't even make it all the way back to my home in Santa Cruz, California. I usually make it home all the way with a quarter tank left from the same location.
