“My husband and I really enjoyed our time living at these apartments. We only lived here for a couple of months while we were looking to buy a home. They have a really nice area to take your dog outside with doggie bags and a trash can right there. The porch was a good size with extra storage closet. The A/C broke when we first moved in, but they fixed it fast and accommodated us with a portable air conditioning unit until it was all fixed. The in-unit washing machine and dryer was very nice to have. Walking distance to Crooked Lane Brewery which we walked to all the time there. Our neighbors were great. The maintenance man, Omar, is the best and would fix any problems we had very fast. Our dog loves him too. The management was very responsive. Overall, we liked our stay here.”
“Beautiful park like setting conveniently located off 49. Nice 2 bed, 2 bath apartments. Best price in Auburn. Has a locked mailroom which is a plus. You must have a 700 credit score to get in. Nice trail near by. Walking distance to Mexican and sushi as well as a thrift store and 2nd hand store and two hair salons. Pet friendly.”

“I find the apartments are very nice. But the bathroom up stairs , where people have to go thru your bedroom to get to, down stairs would be better. But the design is cozy and qaunt, warm inviting. Modern appliances. Quiet neighborhood, pool, BBQ area pet area. Smoke free company.”
