I was tricked by Randall into thinking I was paying for my new phone in full when I paid cash plus my incentive to switch to ATT. He let me walk out the store with both phones and NEVER explajned in order to receive my incentive the old phone had to be returned to the store within 15 days. No follow up calls or emails from them to check on the old phone to me. They just added it to my bill. Do I ever regret going into that store and signing up for service, which is awful. My phone constantly cuts in and out when I try to make phone calls from my house. No customer service from the staff, his manager.who didn't believe me and the Dustrict Manager.

My mom and I went in to upgrade our iPhones. They were pretty busy so we stood there to wait. A guy (who later said his name was Vinnie) came up to us to help. He starts talking to us then just walks away back to what he was doing. He kept coming back and leaving, saying he was helping someone on the phone with their SIM card. When he came back again my mom said, you're done with what you're doing you can help us now and not leave right? We decided to get the 14 pro and then he said they just had a black one out of the safe so he had to wait for the safe to be opened. He said it'd take ten minutes. My mom had a cane that kept falling on the ground. She folded it up and he said put it on the table put it on the table! Really rude like he was telling us what to do. My mom asked how much an iPhone cost in total if we paid full price. He just kept saying "it's $15 a month." I also wanted to change my number because we recently moved back to this area and I wanted this area code and he said to do that I had to have a whole new account! Opening the safe apparently was taking forever. He kept going into the back but not coming out. He was in the back for awhile and my mom was starting to get a headache so we just decided to leave and come back another day. As soon as we get in the car to leave, he comes running after us with a phone in his hands. My mom said ok all we want is to get the phone and that's it. He only had one phone and it wasn't the color we wanted. He said that's all they had and we had to order them. He completely lied and said they had two phones and knew we wanted two. Then he starts ordering them online for us when I could just do that myself. We didn't want him to do it. We said again we'd just come back. He said when he worked again and gave us his number. He was extremely rude and it seemed like he only cared about making his commission. He also kept trying to get us to buy accessories saying if we bought three or more it's 20% off. We didn't want to spend $100 on stuff. We just wanted to upgrade our phones. It really got us in a bad mood going there. We're never going to that At&t store again. We'd rather go to Best Buy. My mom said it was the worst service she's had in a long time. The guy was terrible with customer service.

Called to get information about a product, the representative was rude, sounded annoyed, and was no help at all. Overall the actual company is great but the people working in the store are some of the worst employees I've ever talked to.

This place is horrible, in my experience. When I went in to get a new phone, I went three different times, and was told three different things each time. The first time they said the phone could not be paid off all at once, the second time they said it could, so that is when I got the phone. On that same second visit I was informed that I could get a wireless charger for my phone and another accessory for my phone for $40. I agreed to that deal, but when I got home I saw that the charge was $80 and they did not give me the right type of charger. They gave me a plug-in charger instead of the wireless one that I asked for. The third time I went back to resolve the issue, I was told that I already had gotten the charger despite it not being the one I wanted and the situation with the price wasn't even addressed. The employee was dismissive since he wasn't the one that sold me the phone. I was having an issue with my texting service since it was sending phone texts through my email to some of my contacts. The employee did help me resolve this issue, at least. Still, this is a horrible business, in my opinion. I hear that they are privately owned, and not actually owned by AT&T, they just are certified to provide AT&T services. I actually got Yelp just so I can give this business a low rating, because they were that bad, in my opinion. I suggest going to the real, AT&T store in Roseville, despite it being further away. I detest this business.

I had visited the store to upgrade my phones. I had purchased the phones along with accessories then heard about Verizon offering FREE PHONES AND APPLE WATCHES. I called customer service after I had purchased the phones and accessories to see if they could match or offer a credit. Customer Service with AT&T informed me that I need to return the phones to get a credit. I did. The sales rep in store told me that I won't be reimbursed for the screen protectors for the phones I returned. That is $100 worth of accessories that isn't returnable? I wouldn't go to this store for help. In the process of returning the phones my notes and messages were lost. The people that work here do not care about you. Try your luck either online or a pre paid service. My experience at this store felt like I was dealing with used car salesman. Completely dissatisfied. Missed the Mark

Paul did an outstanding job helping us with our phones. The staff truly takes the time to help from start to finish. This is a great AT&T wireless store who has been our provider for the past five years. Thank you Paul.
