Brought my 2016 Jeep renegade in for a recall of the exhaust system. Charles Bruce the Service Advisor was great! Very helpful and made sure I received my car back before the end of the day. Great customer service and bought my Jeep there back in 2016. Will be back again for service. Thanks again

Sasha (Sales) was awesome. All was transparent and pricing was better than several others we checked. Had a minor issue after purchase that Sasha Levchenko and Anthony from service dept took care of.

The fact is the word “Service” is almost non existent these day’s, everyone is understaffed and overwhelmed. I had an experience with Auburn Chrysler recently that gave me a spark of hope, my heater core went bad on my 22’ dodge Ram, it took forever to get an appointment but by pure luck they had the part in stock, changing a heater core is a job to say the least, the entire dash must be disassembled, they did it for me in one day! And did a great job besides! I was one satisfied customer! Thank’s guy’s!

Today is Oct 2022..had to edit this review! Yeah I bought a badass truck from this dealership last year, but just recently Had the worst experience with getting my car serviced at a dealership ever! I recently took my Dodge Challenger there to get some minor maintenance done..weather stripping, new dip stick, clips for front grill, As well as rear differential fluid, and brake fluid change out.(3WEEKS LATER) I finally get the call that my car is done, i pay 1,258$I pick it up take it home and realize that absolutely nothing was done that I can visually see... So how am I able to trust that anything else was done properly. Remember after 3 whole weeks nothing was done.... I told the service manager I've been ubering to work every day for the last 3 weeks, he did not care what so ever, and was so inconsiderate...I will NEVER go there again! So to make up for it the service manager must have told me to go get my car detailed with my own money, bring him the receipt and he'll pay me back out of his own pocket! What a clown and a joke!So this is how Dodge/Ram treats there paying customers...and mind you I just bought a 55,000$ Ram Rebel last year from them....so frustrating!Today is Nov 22nd and STILL no reply from management...

Picked up my 2024 Wrangler 4xe recently and the experience was very positive. Sasha (sales) was very courteous and patient throughout the entire process. Mia (finance) was very straightforward and thorough. I appreciated that she was not overly pushy with add-ons during the signing process. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

When I initially purchased my car from the dealership, I was so excited. I thought I had a fantastic deal on a beautiful car. The sales person was friendly, and even the finance department was personable. Little did I know, that was all tactics to sell me a car that needed lots of repairs. I purchased a Jeep with about 9k miles so I didn’t think it would cause me any trouble but I was wrong. When I spoke with management regarding the issues with the vehicle, they kept talking in circles without actually making any efforts to help me. Luckily, the car was still under warranty but I had to do all the groundwork myself. That friendly helpful persona was out the door. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else.

Nov 2023 Update - Ken, the manager of the dealership reached out by phone on the reason for the one star review. I told him the story of the blown engine and missing parts. This was weeks after the start of this whole thing and somehow he found the parts. I fully expected the parts to be gone - trashed or recycled. But he found them and also had his courier take them to the independent guy swapping out my engine. The whole episode is still unpleasant, but it is better than it was. Revising the rating up to 3 star.Oct 2023 - Update - Engine cylinder bearing failed, got ground up in the engine, engine is toast. They could repair it, but it was going to be $17k. Truck is worth $20k. I opted to get truck towed to someone I knew could do it cheaper than that. Problem was, they had taken apart a big chunk of the engine then never gave me back half the parts and then they didn't return my calls (which has also been a recurring issue I have overlooked until now). I'm missing the alternator, fuel injectors, fuel injector rail and a bunch of special bolts. About $2500 in parts that were still good. Generally these guys have been great, but the vibe on this job is definitely one of "don't care/get lost"As always, your experience may vary.Feb 2023 - Great experience. Trustworthy, quick and good service. Charlie is the guy.

Having used several dealerships for my 3 year old Gladiator Rubicon, the recent service I received my new local Auburn dealership was Outstanding. I did have an appointment and Anthony Stevens was my service advisor, answering all my questions with his expertise. So glad to find a competent dealership!

Overall experience at Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was excellent! Service Adviser Anthony Stevens was expecting me that morning for a recall and was able to complete 3 recalls and my fuel filters. Friendly, professional and caring advisor and employees. I will be back, thank you.

I bought a Jeep in 2021 and had to find a new place for service. I thought a dealership would be the best place as they would know all the best practices for my make. Had a few oil changes here and all was well. Then was quoted $600 - $700 for a fuel filter replacement and that seemed way high. It's time for an oil change again and thought I'd come back here just for that as I've not found another Jeep mechanic in Auburn yet but now their service Dept # is not working and their online service scheduler isn't either. WTF is going on with this place? It's a bad sign and probably a warning to find some other place for work on my Jeep-baby.

We purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee here a couple years ago and unfortunately we also purchased one of their useless warranties for the Jeep. I was thinking I was doing the right thing, but it was a huge mistake on my part to not thoroughly read the agreement. I learned this the hard way when the check engine light came on and the Jeep also smelled like coolant so I brought it in to be looked at. I was disappointed to find that the warranty didn't cover the diagnostic, which turned out to be $398 just to tell me that a hose on the evap system was cracked and that the water pump was leaking. I was even more disappointed when I was told that the hose would not be covered under warranty, which was a $156 repair, but the water pump would be, but there's a $200 deductible to replace the water pump. So, after taking a vehicle in with a warranty purchased from them the total would have been over $750. Needless to say I did not have them do these repairs. I replaced the water pump myself for $85 and replaced the cracked hose which only costed $35. Two recommendations I have. 1. Don't purchase a Jeep. After two years of driving it I can tell you it's garbage. 2. If you do purchase a Jeep, or any vehicle here, don't waste your money on the warranty. It's an absolute joke.
