Jason and team went above and beyond and fully detailed the vehicle! After 5 kids and sports our car looked like a house of horrors. Now sitting in it, writing this review, smelling the new car smell it feels like a palace. I may end up taking a nap in it thanks to the peace provided from the team.
Best detailing in Auburn and Surrounding areas hands down.

Great work on two Lexus RX350s. Took my New to My Wife RX350 for detailing after we bought it from a private party. Ballistic Detailing did a fantastic job. Recently, i had Jason's team remove dark tint from the front windows of my New to Me RX350. They removed the tint cleanly but a small ding in the trim on the top of the driver side door panel. Jason helped me find an upholsterer who replaced the dinged part with one i bought from an auto recycling yard. He was very apologetic and concerned. He paid for the part and the install. Now it is good as new. I appreciate Jason's business ethics and goal to make sure all his customers are satisfied and happy with his work. We use this firm again.

Jason did a fantastic job detailing my boat after I discovered my once perfectly clean baby was covered in mold from being covered for the winter. He brought the entire boat back to the state I left it! Beyond that, I was in a bind and couldn’t deliver my boat so he selflessly picked it up and dropped it off at my house, and gave me lots of pointers for how to avoid this in the future. I highly recommend his services. He is amazing and very kind.

Two stars because the car was detailed, however, they drenched a sensor in the passenger seat and shorted a fuse for the SRS. I own a 2019 Subaru ascent, those of you that own a Subaru I'd stay away from this company because they will short a sensor, and not reimburse you for the $199 fee it costs for Subaru to reset the issue. And yes the issue has to be taken care of at the dealership. Ballistic is refusing any fault and, the owner lied about being the owner and only told the truth after he couldn't have someone else come to the phone. This is very unprofessional and very inconvenient seeing how we took our car there to be detailed so that we could sell it at the Sierra Auto fair. Kinda hard to do that if there's a big red light icon in the dash.

Had an appt to bring my car in for detailing, which I did NOT get. These people were so rude and overpriced, I'm not sure why they're so highly rated. They treated me like I was a lowly peasant that didn't even deserve to be spoken to with respect.

Service was not good! Poor communication and expectation setting.Website states cleaning is $195. Over phone manager stated it could be up $295. On drop off no communication on price, no call through out the day. Called for pickup with sudden change pick up time (4p not 5p) as states d day before and morning of drop off.On pick up no mention of price change. Rang up price increase of 50%. When asked the manager said that $195 is for clean cars??? Mine had dirt and a couple sticky spots. And oh he charges up to $450 if a car is actually dirty.Poor communication and expectation setting. I will not be going back to this business.Service: Auto detailing
