Went there for my mom. Had pictures on cell phone of what product she needed and the cashier told me right where it was and was nice enough to double check at register to make sure I had the right thing.

I usually don't go to Ultra but needed something last minute. I managed to get through the entire store without one staff member greeting me nor offering to help.
Ultra seems like they never have specials and absolutely never have any type of samples or free trials. Nothing! This is why I avoid this establishment. They offer nothing to consumers in comparison to every other beauty store.

Inclusive of everyone EXCEPT the 9.23 million women in the United States with young children. This store doesn’t allow carts so the alternative is your young children run around a store with non-child safe products at their eye level. Result? I cannot go into Ulta and buy something. Really insensitive and not a good business model.

My hairdresser was Andrea and she was fantastic. I was almost in tears when I had to tell her all that transpired prior to this app.All my last few months hair disappointments one after another.Honestly at this point I was over 300$ in with worse hair than I started.
It was the best experience I ever had at any hair salon.She did beautiful job.Was very sweet attentive respectful and most of all honest about the outcome.
Will definitely come back.

Slightly awkward atmosphere. The staff welcomed me in but then proceeded to linger around me throughout my time of about 20 minutes in the store. When she initially asked me if I needed help I told her I could use help locating a product and she quickly went and got it from the location as I tried to catch up with her but that was all I needed help with initially however a staff member followed me around and watched me shop the rest of my time in the store. At firsts I thought maybe they were waiting for me to ask questions but then realized that when I turned to acknowledge her and ask about a perfume gift package she turned and made herself unavailable. It was awkward and I began to get the impression or feeling that she was making sure I wasn't a shoplifter or something idk I've never been in a store that provides this kind of experience and I ended up getting my two items and going next door to rite aid for the rest of my items because I was so uncomfortable. The rite aid guy was so sweet and kind btw.

Waited at the pick up counter for 7 minutes without being acknowledged. Would not order online for pick up. Other than that it's Ulta.

Outstanding staff, from beauty counter @ benefit to All the sales people!:). Hair Salon has some of the best in the entire area. Andrea & Alyssa are fabulous color, cut & style professionals!!!
