This company has been extremely unprofessional. I’ve had this insurance and Ryan has cancelled my insurance two years back to back without any prior notice prior notice. The reason they have is none. Last time they did the same thing, I spoke to another lady and she could not explain why they did not renew it or had sent the notice to renew. This office lacks leadership and they have no oversight. The construction trade is a busy one and no one should have to deal with substandard people like most of the people who work in this office. All these people hate their job. If you have a company, make sure you think twice before getting these guys for insurance.

I paid for my premium on a tuesday and its sunday now and still hadn't gotten any paperwork showing i even have coverage i reached out to my agent everyday since then and still nothing. Terrible customer service. You cant even talk to the actual insurance company just the agent that got the quote for me, and she not doing anything either.

They will let your business fall through the cracks during recertification time!!! They really dropped the ball for our business. I should’ve known last year after the job that was done.We asked specifically not to work with Christy again after last year. We’ve been forced to work with her again with no time at all to look for new insurance. Feels like being strong armed not helped……..Paying $2500 a month for commercial auto and our truck isn’t even covered fully!!!! They don’t know my industry like they claimed. And have let us down on so many levels.This place will do whatever to make a buck. Stay away!! I’m looking for a new agent right now!!!
