Quick in and out. Very helpful and kind cashier reshowed me how to use the rewards as it's been a little while. She was willing to find out where my coupon is and didn't make me feel rushed. Definitely coming back here!

I'm a new pharmacy transfer from the recent Rite Aid closures. Although I really loved the local staff, and I'm sad to say goodbye, I'm quite impressed with how easy CVS helped make the transition (I was a bit nervous.) I moved everything over a few weeks early to avoid the craziness, but I'm thoroughly impressed with how smoothly everything is flowing. They have plenty of staff, they are very communicative, and the app is very helpful too. I can't believe how stocked the store is either. I guess I was just used to my struggling store, but I really enjoy going to the pharmacy now. I feel like a kid again. Lol. The earlier pharmacy hours are also very convenient. Thank you for transferring over my business and making this move such a pleasant experience!!!! 😁

CVS employees are helpful, Knowledgeable and efficient. This cvs pharmacy is always busy. But some costumers can't understand the pressures that they're dealing with.

From the second you walk in the door you get bad vibes. From the cash register all the way to the pharmacy The employees are rude! They will rush you while you're in line and at the pharmacy they're a joke they never have the right medicine in stock! Just drive the extra 3 miles to the other location it's worth it

My mother is a personal shopper and went into CVS Friday to buy 2 amazon gift cards for her client and the gift cards weren't adding the balance on to the card so the cashier, Christina asked my mother to grab two for gift cards. at the end of the transaction she handed my mom 4 cards and said the balance should be on 2 of them and that my 64 year old mother had to figure it out her self my looking at the last 4 digits on the back of the card to match with / cards had a balance on them. NONE OF THE CARDS match with the numbers on the receipt. There is no way for her to find the balance. now we have 2 blank amazon gift cards and and 2 ones with a balance but no way to find out and will not be able to get a refund.

Carol was so kind and genuinely cared about my savings with CVS. There was a line and I was on my lunch break and seemed like it would have to be hurried along but she took the time to walk me through and signed me up. What a pleasant small town exchange. Love that stuff.

Where do I start?
1. It is literally impossible to get someone on the phone. Everything is auto attendant and leave a voice mail, we will call back in as little as 1 hour or just before you die, whichever comes last.
2. We get texts saying our prescription is ready. When we get there nothing. Next day, same thing. 2 days later it's finally ready to.pick up.
3. With 1 or 2 exceptions they couldnt be less interested or helpful. Clearly just going thru the motions.
I am slowly moving all my prescriptions to Walgreens 2 miles down the road. Pretty soon see ya!

Hard working and caring team members but the location and lack of wifi with lack of self checkout has really hurt them. The updates to the pricing for deals is epically slow and not encouraging for the wait times. Even the line formation is mediocre for the demographic of the nearby population.
But the pharmacy team is top notch.

Although the clerks could smile and have a big more personality, this CVS is by far the best one I've been to for my prescriptions.
