I got laundry detergent the 8th, also a bunch of coupons, I returned the 9th to use the coupon for purchase of Affrin, the rude lady said I can't use my coupon because the name doesn't match, all she asked for was my phone number
I am not shopping combie rd CVS anymore because of shitty service.

Love CVS. It's my one and only pharmacy store.🩷

I tried to transfer a very basic prescription to them, but because it was from a different pharmacy, non-CVS, they said it would take up to 48 hours. That is absolutely absurd. I won’t be coming back.

Pharmacists are very professional and knowledgeable about the vaccines they give and makes you feel at ease when getting them

Well the unfortunate event happened that when I went to get my passport photo they were very busy and on top of it they couldn’t even print it because there was no more paper in the printing machine. And only one person knew how to change the paper. So, sadly I think the workers need a little more training.

Awesome place; the only time I had issues was when they were understaffed. Great service and great selection of additional items for a pharmacy. Also the pharmacy itself has pretty fast service and kind people at the counter. The card scanner and checkout machines are really up-to-date and transfer coupons through the app well. Thanks!

I have used CVS on Combie Road in Auburn for 20 years since we moved here. The staff they have are helpful and friendly. They care about me getting what I need. The Pharmacist is great, he has been very helpful to me when I really needed it.

Worst pharmacy experience in over 40 years. Last two scripts essentially forced me to now use a different and non local pharmacy to obtain my short term immediate need scripts.

Normally, I don’t leave reviews, but after my latest incident, I am going to switch my pharmacy. This is the closest pharmacy to my house, but I do not believe I will be using them anymore. The staff was very nice, however, when I picked up my two year old’s medication, which was an inhaler, there was supposed to be a mask included with it. Nobody counseled me on the medication, or informed me that there was no mask. When I realized that my two-year-old was not capable of using the inhaler without the mask, and went back to the pharmacy, they said, oh yeah, we are out of the masks and probably won’t get in anymore for three days. I asked why they didn’t inform me that there was no mask in the bag before I got home, and how I was supposed to be able to give the medicine to my son. They just shrugged and told me to contact my doctors office, but it was already after hours and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. The next day I called a different pharmacy, they were very helpful and said they had the mask in stock and that they would call CVS and get the prescription transferred over so that I could pick up the mask from them. Nobody at CVS offered to find a different location that might have the mask, and my son would have gone three days without his medication had I not called around. I’m pretty blown away by this lack of caring and level of incompetence. My suggestion would be to not use this pharmacy.

If you want to find a rude employee who could care less, go to CVS.If you want to endlessly wait on hold, call a CVS pharmacy. It's no wonder CVS is closing hundreds of stores. CVS is truck-wreck obvious bad at operating their stores. Now CVS wants to go into healthcare. I feel sorry for their potential clients already.

Good job. I used to work in a massive pharmacy so I understand some of the challenges pharmacies deal with. I’ve lived in Auburn and I’ve been using this pharmacy for about 8 months. Any pharmacy you go to with have problems with supply, deliveries, and getting responses from doctors. But they do a good job here. What I like most of all, they are always courteous and take the time needed to address any concerns or questions. They don’t rush me in order to get to the next customer. As with any pharmacy, eventually there is an issue that needs to be fixed. They do a good job trying to fix them. I just wish they had a drive-through. But I can’t blame that on them. Technically I could go further to use a drive-through. But I like working with these folks. It’s a good bunch. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work

The pharmacy has an obvious lack of customer responsibility and or service or accountability. Despite calling in advance to have the prescription filled, they wait until you arrive and then tell you it's not ready and come back. They are on lunch, break or just do not care, even when asking for a reasonable request to have a script ready in 6 hours. This is what you get when you have an organization who is managed by policy instead of common sense and basic customer service. Up here at lake of the pines, it's well known and we just have to take it because the next pharmacy is far away, hence no motivation to improve. There is your CVS now Aetna for you.
