I want to give a huge shoutout to Steven at the CVS pharmacy counter! Every time I come in, he’s got a smile on his face and a genuinely friendly attitude that makes the entire experience better. Even when the line is long, Steven is calmly and efficiently working both registers to keep things moving — and somehow still manages to greet every customer with kindness and professionalism.
It’s rare to find someone so committed to great service, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Steven is a true asset to CVS, and I hope he’s recognized for the positive impact he has on customers every day. Thank you, Steven, for all that you do!

NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! THEY ARE INCREDIBLY TERRIBLE TO WORK WITH. They over charge run things through Insurance at double the cost of what had been used, take an incredible amount of time to run through any coupons available, and are generally AWFUL to try to work with! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO ANY OTHER PHARMACY.

You're putting your customers at risk by not having a curb side pickup or a protocol for people with covid picking up meds. You'd think a company would value their customers .

I recently had several prescriptions filled at this particular CVS, pharmacy, at wolf and Combie Rd., Grass Valley CA. There is such an immense improvement in the service at the pharmacy now as compared to several months ago. I stopped going there, because of quite frankly the horrible service that I was receiving and did not plan to go back except I had an emergency and it was the best choice as far as location. I’m so glad I did. The pharmacist was friendly and informative. All the staff was incredibly friendly. Since then I can call the pharmacy and actually speak to somebody and not be put on terminal hold. They have made incredible improvements and I highly recommend them. If you stopped going there because of the terrible service from the past give them another try.

Went in on Christmas Eve of all nights and the employee Darla was dressed in her Christmas outfit and helping everyone as fast as possible! She helped me with an amazing smile and happy personality and I am so glad they got this girl on their team!! TOTAL ROCKSTAR and the place is SO MUCH BETTER than a year ago!! Great Job Darla! ( and manager!! )

Some of the staff are amazing, especially pharmacy staff. Condescending staff up front though. They always seem to be adamant that they already know what I'm thinking; my description of my issue is usually an inconvenience. If they would just listen though, they could resolve the issues faster because they'd know what they are.

Just wanted to stop in real quick and grab a few thing. Easy right , wrong. They want your phone number , want you to pay 5 dallars a month membership fee, it just goes on and on. I just want to buy my stuff and leave, they make it so complicated!! I dont think i will be going back again

I used to dread picking up a prescription at the pharmacy...long wait lines and could never get through by phone. I don't know if this was caused by the Covid situation or not, but I feel the need to write this review because now everything has changed! I've never had more than one person in front of me waiting the pick up a prescription. Consistently there are more employees working in the pharmacy. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's a pleasure to do business with them!

I think this store has had tremendous improvement over the past 6 months. The new manager keeps the store clean and the employees are great. The previous employees like Lisa were HORRIBLE and needed to go. It's a nice friendly place to go and I think you're doing a great job! Kudos to Jessica the manager and Darla who is one friendly and helpful person! <3

Wonderful store with kind and caring employees. In a community where it can be tough to make a come back, this store has done it! Under new general store management and pharmacy management, this store has gained a knowledgeable, hardworking new staff which is what this community needed. The pharmacy answers phone calls promptly, there are no more long lines or wait times and prescriptions can be processed while you shop!
