I've been getting dialysis at Davita Auburn CA for 5 years. The staff is the absolute best, I know this because I've been on dialysis for 13.5 years & have been dialized at several different clinics of various sizes. Auburn davita isn't the smallest of them, but it is one of the smaller clinics I've been to.That Being said, The size factor does allows them to spend more time with each patient personally. And I'm telling you, they are on point. They are very perceptive to the patient's needs and concerns, They are all Caring, & Professional staff members. They are devoted to giving you KNOWLEDGE, & FAST PACED (at times) WORK THAT THEY PERFORM DAILY TO INSURE THEIR PATIENT HAVE THE BEST QUALITY OF LIFE POSSIBLEGOD ? BLESS THEM ALL !!!

The nurses (not the techs) are absolutely horrible. They have no bedside manner and will jab a needle in you without giving a thought about the patient. It hurts to get those large needles in place if not done carefully. The nurses will just tell you to not be a baby and to just tolerate it. Is that anyway to talk to older citizens? The techs are gentle and are so caring. We don't need the elderly treated with such disrespect AND inflicting undo pain almost on purpose. The elderly should not come home and cry about how badly they were treated at DaVita. It borders on elder abuse. If it happens again, I will go up the ladder. Would you let them treat your grandfather like this????
