Where to even begin… Dawn is an absolute GODSEND. For context, I struggle with hormone-related hair loss, which is easily triggered by stress. Over the course of a year, I tried every shampoo, serum, vitamin and supplement on the market to treat thinning hair, but saw no improvement and began to feel hopeless. Thankfully, I eventually learned about the AlmaTed and found Dawn. She is so knowledgable, genuine, and kind, she clearly wants her clients to thrive, and despite being incredible at her job, she is still committed to continually learning and mastering trichology. I truly believe she’s the best in her field, and after our first consultation, I felt so assured that she could help me. After three AlmaTed treatments, my shedding slowed significantly, my scalp health improved, and I saw so much density and regrowth.i’m so excited to see more results!

If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. I’ve been a client of Dawn’s for 11 years and have never been disappointed (which is why I’m still with her!) Dawn’s work is beyond incredible and I trust her every time I go in for my appointments. She truly cares about what your goal is for your hair and will do everything in her power to get there. She goes out of her way to make your time at her salon worth it with relaxing music, conversation, and amazing results. I couldn’t recommend Dawn Bacchi more.Services: Hair straightening

I always recommend Dawn. You just can't beat her level of knowledge and experience when it comes to hair.I love that Dawn is actually honest with me about what I should expect from different haircuts based on my hair. And is an excellent resource when I have questions about what products I'm putting into my hair for its health and mine aswell!Her space is very clean and tidy and I always feel welcomed.Overall I've been very impressed with the whole experience repeatedly
