Owner Hannah is so easy to work with. All her products are top notch. I got 3 tiers floof cotton candy cake and they were a hit at my daughter's 7th birthday. All the mums were over the moon, claiming that it's their childhood dream comes through to have a cotton cake. They were all amazed at the color, quality and the way it cut just like a cake. All the kids were circling around me to get a slice of the cake. I have searched the other products, Floof cake is the best I can find on the internet.I had concern about the ship date and email to ask about the delivery date. It came on the date that it was promised and I got response on the same day. I will work with this company again.

Dietary restrictions: The easiest option when your trying to find a cake that meet the needs of many 13 year olds
Kid-friendliness: The flavors are the best part. It has been almost a week and my son says his friends are still talking about how delicious each layer was!! There was not a single floor of cotton candy left over!!

I seriously can't say enough good things about Floof Cotton Candy and their customer service!! My son decided last minute that he wanted a Floof cake, and according to the website...it wouldn't arrive on time. After a lovely email conversation with Hannah, we had our Floof cake at our doorstep just 48hrs later! My son was absolutely thrilled! It truly made his 12th birthday so special!!This is the third time we've ordered from Floof, and each time we have been impressed with the taste, quality, and joy each cake brings!!

The three tier cotton candy (floof) cake we got for my daughter’s 8th birthday, was a hit! The coolest cake. Great service too. Arrived ahead of time. It was easy to assemble, fluffy, and delicious. Each color has a different flavor. The best part: a no- mess party cake that doesn’t require a refrigerator! Brilliant.

This was the coolest birthday cake ever!! Not only was it colorful but it was absolutely delicious! The cotton candy was perfectly fluffy. It was also easy to cut. It’s packaged with care so the cake kept its shape. The customer service was phenomenal. Thank you Floof!

On top of Hannah being the most incredible business owner and human Floof has been a lifesaver for our house. With two kids who can't have dairy and a mom who can't have wheat birthdays are tough! You never want to be "different" when you're a kid. Now with Floof cakes my kids get to have amazing birthday treat that everyone loves and nobody knows why they don't have cake and ice cream! They are delicious, beautiful and so unique! We will forever celebrate with Floof!
