I would give zero Period mainly because of the customer service. I used a credit card to do a self car wash and it charged my card multiple different times call the number talk to a lady she said she would send me a Check-in the mail. Now has completely ghosted me. Won't answer my phone calls and I have yet to receive anything. It's been 3 weeks.

You get hot water be careful. Lots of dogs in the ground not even so if your car is low drive slow you will be fine.

this car wash is rundown needs an upgrade. The soap brush doesn't work and it's pricey for what you're getting. Didn't even wash the car very well without the soap.

The SELF CAR WASH is perfectly fine and works like it should but out of all 4 TOUCHLESS washes in Auburn this is by far the worst. Mainly that the timer moves fast for drying and it only dried from the top down and not from all angles like every single other wash does, leaves the car soaked.

The car wash bays require quarters (no cards), but the change machine was not working.

Change machines are always hit or miss on working. Credit card reader on any of the hand washes work maybe 1/3 visits .... The last 3 visits I've spent time swapping cards, trying different bills for change and never got the card reader to work or the change machine to exchange bills for quarters... Unfortunately there's no other close options .

Did the drive through, middle cost. My very filthy sedan car was very clean afterwards. Will be back.
