Thank you for your quick response and professionalism. Felix was my step dads driver down to J street, and he was is such good hands. I know the other options are out there but I still like to speak to a real person to make arrangements and that is exactly what I got.. I had scheduled a Lyft for pickup at 4:25a from Auburn to SMF a week prior. At 4am on day of pickup I received a text stating that they cxld due to no driver. This was the 1st time using them. I called the taxi service and Felix was here in 10 minutes! He not only got me to the airport on time but was also very friendly. I highly recommend him!

I manage a business and have relied on this company twice and both times have been pleasant, easy to contact, and just a breeze especially since the rides haven’t been for me! Outside looking in without to full experience I’d say they are trusted and a great resource and benefit!

I saw the bad reviews and was worried, but it all went great. There are no cheap rides from the country in Auburn, so I knew it would cost a little and was prepared. The person arrived timely and was pleasant. The total was close to what I was quoted (we knew there would be a little variation depending on miles driven). I recommend this company highly and regret all the other negative reviews! I am very very thankful this service exists or I would have had to walk 8 miles on a dangerous road. Not worth the risk.

Only slightly more expensive than Lyft, 20bucks gets you from one end of Auburn to the other, 20$ minimum for rides. Had about a 25minute wait, car was clean, smelled fine, Ill be calling them again for sure.
