This company has gone down hill and it all falls on the shoulders of corporate. This store has been through multiple managers who have been terrible. There is no respect for the employees. Good employees are treated poorly while rude and lazy employees are rewarded. Management thinks very little of customers and assumes most people are stealing. They also have hired several empolyees that have been inappropriate towards female customers. The store is dirty and has roaches. Something needs to change.

Had an odd uncomfortable experience during my donation today. An elderly bald man with tattoos was taking my donations I came to drop off. He made a comment about my young daughters short dress and than asked about where we live and if I was married and where was my husband. It made me very uncomfortable and a little scared. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Curtis handled a busy drop off afternoon with ease.
He was communicative, patient, efficient and friendly. He managed what could have been a stressful afternoon with ease and a smile. Thank you Curtis!

Good Will always have something. Highly Recommend, The workers depression adds onto the clothes making the prices. Best thrift store in Auburn, The staff is awesome and the Pricing is even better! No dressing rooms sadly tho D:

They removed the fitting rooms. How am I supposed to see if something fits and looks halfway decent? Completely disagree with the ideation behind this design choice. You might get less shoplifters (I doubt it,) but you lost this paying customer for good. Don't punish me for other people's behavior. Goodbye!

The staff are very nice but everything else is pretty bad. The prices are insane, about the same price as ross or Walmart…which doesn’t make sense considering its a thrift store and they get every single item for free. They also took out the dressing rooms & don’t do refunds. I would understand not doing refunds if dressing rooms were available but they’re not. What am I supposed to do get naked in the middle of the store?

Probably not the place you want to drop your stuff off, if you have any type of respect for it. Literally watched as they took things (not clothes) out of the box and bags I dropped off and threw them like a ball into different boxes. Was disheartening. Won't be donating there again. Restore or the cancer society would be a better place to give your stuff.

All changing rooms have been removed, so I'm not sure how you expect anyone to buy what makes up the majority of your stock when no one has the ability to try anything on. There are other solutions to stop unwanted behavior in those spaces that don't punish the rest of your shoppers who will be forced to shop elsewhere.

Prices have become absolutely outrageous and discriminatory to low income people. Greedwill!

I think this place is discriminating against lower income households. Since when do you ever see a clothing store at a place like Michael Kors or Levis WITHOUT a dressing room?!? I think this goodwill thinks their customers are lower class peasants and are treating them as such.
