We recently moved to Auburn. I’ve tried two other nail places and Helen nails is by far the BEST! Jimmy, Helen and Cindy are all super friendly. Clean facility. Appointment times are always on point.

I have been looking for a nail salon since I’m new to the area, and the reviews prompted me to try this place. I asked for a simple fill, and what I got was my worst nail experience ever. The older gentleman who did my fill just slapped the acrylic on and left it clumpy and bumpy. The polish he applied didn’t come close to covering most of the nails, and on the nails that did get covered, it was slopped onto my skin also. I would have let it go and just not gone to that salon again, but a week or so later I noticed that there of my nails had begun to turn green on the edges. So, yeah, beware of fungus from the terrible nail job at this place.

I always get great service from Helen and Cindy, but the last two times my manicurist was an older lady, and she just didn't have the strength, training or endurance to do the job. I have always tipped well. Today I didn't tip, I wont tip for a poorly done job, and next time I will specify who I want to do the job.

My wife loves getting her nails done here! This place has a super nice staff and occasionally, I get a pedicure done here too!

My neighbor mentioned Helen's Nails to me last year. Between all the Gardening I did this past summer and using color street my nails and cuticles were pretty thrashed and my toes to. It took Cindy a good two hours to restore nails and toes back to normal. They look much better now. I will go back at the end of the month.

Helens was by far the best experience I've had with a Mani Pedi in the Auburn area. Would highly recommend! My wife and I had a wonderful afternoon getting out nails done. Looking forward to our next visit

Friendly staff, comfortable surroundings, and probably the best pedi in town! And the price is right. You pick the exact pedi you want! And there's never a rush. So relaxing.

Yikes, does not use sterile instruments! I will never come back to this place. I would not be fooled by the other reviewers, seriously, it's 2022 and y'all are not using sterile toe nail cutters, or cuticle cutters.
